you cant, unless you give the mods or admins a very good reason to delete it.

You can't. This is talked about in the Terms and Agreements you read before activating your account.

As a rule, we do not delete accounts. It creates gaps in our database, and it is an irreversible action. More often than not members who wish to delete their accounts simply do not want content to be linked back to their identities; therefore we may change account names to muddy the trail, so to speak. The request for wholesale deletion of content, however, will not be honored.
