I'd have to go with Dr. Richtofen. The TF2 Medic had a more humorous side to him.

Ricktofen is stable unlike the Medic who just doesn't know when to stop...

These two aren't actually that crazy though as TF2 is humorous and CoD is, well a CoD game...
