Tiabelle was brought here against her own will have being wrongfully accused of being mentally unstable. The problem is she wasn't. she was sent here for the wrong reason. "Put her in the cell with the wolf" A doctor said. The ponies holding her from escaping. They brought her to the cell with the wolf.

'Deranged' they called him. 'Insane' even. Seth pondered these and other thoughts as he sat on his padded cot. Only because he could see the ponies that were harvested in the rainbow factory become his best friend put spectra in his blood they had the right to call him insane? There was obviously more problems than that, but he wasn't mental of all things. He was sane, more or less.

 

His mind lost it's train of thought when a mare was shoved in his room. He looked to her, then to the guards outside. As the door slammed shut, he turned to the pony. With a simple expression of a smile, he said, "Well, if you are lunch, tell them I don't eat ponies. If you are my roommate, welcome to insanity." he said, returning to his thoughts.

"I shouldn't even be here" Tiabelle said. "I'm not mentally unstable... I shouldn't even be here" Tiabelle muttered before hearing the wolf. "I'm not food apparently I am you new roommate" Tiabelle said as she got up. "Who are you...why are you in here for" Tiabelle asked.

The wolf smiled at the pony. "Name's Eclipse. Seth Eclipse." He said, lying back on his bed. "Well, if you are willing to believe a wolf's tail, I'll tell you. In truth, I see the dead. A friend of mine saved me from death by injecting me with a substance called Spectra. What he didn't tell me was that it was made of harvested ponies from the rainbow factory. I began to see them in my life, visions if you may. I even have gotten to interact with a pour soul who now resides in my brain. They called me insane, but I have a hint of proof." Seth said, looking tothe mare. his right eye was rainbowed instead of yellow like his left.

 

"What's a mare like you doing in a cell?"

"I was sent in here because they think I am mentally unstable...I'm not mentally unstable, I know I'm not" Tiabelle said seeing the rainbow color in his eye. "A substance called Spectra....thats something I never heard of" Tiabelle said. "I shouldn't be here I need to get out"

"Well... from the looks of it, you had to do something. I wouldn't be here unless they saw me talking to Lightning and thought me insane." Seth replied. He got up from the bed and walked over to the sink in wall. He then began to lap at the fresh water. Once he finished, he asked again. "So, what got you here?"

"I don't know...I was talking to somepony before they just grabbed me for no reason" Tiabelle said. "When I asked them they just told me I'm mentally unstable...Do I look like I am mentally unstable" Tiabelle asked. "Talking to fire...I wasn't talking to no flame I was talking to another pony"

"Well... there you have it. Either you were really talking to fire or you are paranoid about being here. Trust me, this life isn't so bad." The wolf said, resting a paw on the jumpy mare. "Look, you can just relax in your room, or talk to other members here. Relax and let the docs see what's in that brain of yours. I've already learned that the only way to survive here is just act normal. I know I see the dead, but there is a reason. I act normal, and I get to go home. Simple."

Tiabelle jumped a bit when she felt the wolfs paw. "I guess you're right...but still i shouldn't be in here in the frist place at all" Tiabelle said as she sat on the ground. "I don't know if I want to talk to anyone here anyways" Tiabelle said. "I just want to go back home"

"Trust me..." Seth said, resting the paw on her shoulder. "Just don't act too crazy and you will be out in no time. Listen to the docs for a week, show no paranoia, and you will be home." He said. The wolf then walked to the door, and knocked. "Hey, I was wondering if I could take the mare out for a bite to eat, can you open up?

Tiabelle jumped a little before looking at Seth. "Just show no paranoia and listen to the doctors...easy enough"  Tiabelle said before one of the doctors. "I'm not so sure if she is stable enough to leave her cell" The doctor said. "I'm not mentally unstable...oh it's no use in trying to tell them" Tiabelle thought

Seth looked at the pony, then to the docs. "Hey, she's just a little frightened of the new place. Remember when you guys picked me up? And look at her... she's harmless. Let me keep an eye on her and she will be out of your fur." Seth said, a warm tone in his voice.

"Alright fine...I guess we can let her out...as long as you keep an eye on her" The doctor said as he opened the cell. "Just don't get into trouble, EITHER of you. I don't want to get fired because I just let you both out of you cell" The doctor said. "I'll be fine" Tiabelle said

"Thanks doc, I'll make sure she stays out of trouble." The wolf said, walking out of the cell. He then guilder the skittish mare to he mess hall and grabbed a plate of fresh meat and sat at a table. Not even carrying for a fork, he bit at his steak, tearing out a chunk. "Mmm... Can't get this good of grub local. Must be imports from the griffins."

Tiabelle just ate a salad and sighed. "You don't think it isn't a little at all depressing" Tiabelle asked. "It seems depressing to me..."Tiabelle said as she stopped eating. "How long have you been in here anyways" Tiabelle asked the wolf. "This place is really depressing"

Seth looked up and stared at the pony for a few seconds. His face seemed as if it was demented. He then smile and said with a calm cheery tone, "It's not too depressive... I mean there is the fact that you forget who you truly are and slip into the madness of suppression, but it'll grow on you... or it will just make you worse. Doesn't help that you have other minds within you trying every minute of every day to be heard." At this point, he hand gone to looking to his food, his rainbow eye twitching. "Every second of every day... constant screams of agony and pain... Begging for the freedom I can't give them. I just can't I'm no brain doctor... these fools are. No, I'm just a wolf who has to deal with the constant guilt of killing hundreds of ponies and now has different dead ponies in his mind. I can't blood help them, but they won't listen. They never do..." He finished. His smile was now a scowl as he griped his head and glared at the plate. Then his head shot up. Gripping the pony by the shoulders, he yelled. "I can't bloody help them! They just won't stop screaming!"

Tiabelle jumped at the wolf yelling at her. "S-seth...Calm down now please" Tiabelle said. "I don't think it would be great to start having outbursts when we were told to stay calm" Tiabelle said trying not to keep eye contact at all as she felt scared with what was happening

Seth grip lessened on the pony as he looked to his plate again. He just stared at it again, this time for several seconds. After a minute, he looked back up with that same calm smile. "Sorry about that. That's what I meant about the suppression of this place... sometimes you can just snap..." He said. His tone was calm, but his smile was a bit too happy.

"The suppression will just make you snap...wonderful" Tiabelle said as she continued eating.before she stopped again. "Please don't tell me that happens often" Tiabelle asked. "If what he says is true then trying to stay calm will be difficult" Tiabelle said to herself

"Well, it all depends. If you are already mentally ill, then you won't notice it. If you are normal, then you will enjoy embracing the madness. Here... you are allowed to let go of all sanity. If you plan to leave, you are talking to the wrong wolf." He replied. His expression turned to normal and began to eat again.

"Enjoy embracing the madness...what kind of logic is that" Tiabelle muttered. "I was never mentally ill in the first place" Tiabelle said. "I will never let go of my sanity...it's the only thing keeping me from spouting nonsense and doing something crazy"  Tiabelle said

"Funny thing is, It's rather fun. At first, you will find it odd, but it will grow on you. What will you turn yourself into? Bipolar, demonic, multi-personality, maybe even believing you are a robot. We will just have to see..." Seth said. As he did, a doc came over to the table. 

 

"Time for your little daily chat with the mind workers." He said, ready to escort him out.

 

"I'll meet you back at the room." Seth called, leaving for his chat.

"Okay" Tiabelle said. "Bipolar...Demonic...multi personality..." Tiabelle thought for a moment. "No...I will not let this place get to me" Tiabelle said before a doctor came to escort her back to the cell. "Come with m-" The doctor was interrupted by Tiabelle putting him in a sleeper hold. "Just sleep...sleep" Tiabelle said before the Doctor passed out. "That was fun" Tiabelle said before she left the cafeteria and headed back to her cell.

Seth was released from the doctors lecture late into the night. He had been trying to convince him that all of this was just memories from a distant past. Of coarse, he had argued the point of how none of this was part of his past. This went on for several hours, until the doc finally called the issue adjured till tomorrow. Apparently, a guard was attacked during his session, so Seth was heavenly escorted to his cell where he found a sleeping mare. Seeing her there, alone. Seth thought it bast to comfort her and cuddled up along side her (not just because she was in his bed). He fell quickly to sleep, barely making a sound.
