In a town with no name, there was a man that was sitting on top of a building with his hood up as he looked around. "Where ever I go I am always going tohave to do something that ends up with me getting kicked out of town" The man said as he  stood up. "What should I do...I was told I should head to this acadamy but it depends...what the hell would they think of me" The man continued talking to himself.

Code was sitting outside the gate to this so called "acadamy" he was invited to, waiting to be let inside. "This is smart. Give someone an invitation and a time, and at the scheduled time the gates are locked." Code said irritably. In an attempt to kill time and his boredom, he took out his cell phone to see if he had any messages. He flipped it open, and in the middle of the screen, it said "No Service". "Great. Not only am I stuck out here, there isn't anything to do." Code said as he stared at his phone, watching the little keychain swinging back and forth. He remembered this keychain and cherished it. It was given to him by his best friends before they started to grow apart. He decided to look in the gates again, and as before, no one was there. "Will I ever be let in?!" Code said as he looked up to the sky.

The mans eyes glowed red as he landed on the ground. "I guess I should go ahead and h-" The man stopped as he made his eyes stop glowing. "I'm not going to let this control me again" The man said as he started heading to the academy know as Cross Academy. "Just as long as I keep it hidden I'll be fine"

Aisu mumbled incoherently. She had been watching the man by the gates for a few minutes now. He was the first person she had seen in this place, and he seemed just as annoyed at the situation as she was. 
She readjusted the knife in her boot,  stood up and sighed. "I better go talk to him and see if he knows anything"

The man arrived at the acadamy but stopped a short bit away before seeing a man and a girl already there. "Huh....I guess the acadamy isnt open yet" The man said before blending into the shadows so he doesn't get seen by anyone yet. "Great place to put an acadamy...nice and quiet"

Code was bored out of his mind, so he was flipping open and closing his phone repeatedly. He wondered if he could just climb the gate, but he didn't want to risk getting caught. He still didn't trust this place well enough to try anything stupid. He looked around, wondering if there was another way in, but he couldn't see any. As he looked back at his phone, he noticed a silhouette move over in the distance. He tried to remain casual by looking at his phone as he reached for his trench knife behind his back.

Aisu saw the subtle movements of the man, a clear indication he had already noticed her approach. She couldn't tell if he was armed or not , so on her next step she swiped the knife from her boot and kept the blade flat against the inside of her forearm.
She stopped 5 meters away from him "Why are you here?"

Atlas walked alone. He only had a small pocket knife, a small sketch book with pen, his clothing, and a cell phone. Nothing more, nothing less. He stopped short of the entrance keeping out of sight. He watched the two people at the gate. 

"Must be more people than just me" He thought out loud. Give me a time and a place and I'll be there he thought. He left his position and began to approach the gate.

I suggest you both calm down" The man said coming out from the shadows. "Besides...no one need to die now do they" The man continued talking. "Let go of the knives and daggers and calm down...there will be enough time to fight later" The man said opening the gate by kicking it. "Come on lets go"

Code put down his phone when he saw the figure come towards him and gripped his trench knife. When the silhouette came into view, he saw that it was a younger girl. "Gotta invitation." Code said as he let go of his trench knife and dug the piece of paper out of his pocket. Once the paper was out, he tossed it in her direction. "Have a look if you want to know if I'm lying." He said as he brought up his phone again.

She eyed the piece of paper "I have the same letter, so I will take your word on it". She put her knife back in her boot and sighed. She slumped against the wall, pulling her hood back, letting her hair down  "So why are we here exactly?"

"You both know I just kicked open the gate right" The man said as he headed towards the academy and kicked in the door. "Alright where is the principle at in this place" The man asked looking around. "More importantly why make us stay outside" The man added before the Principle of Cross Academy appeared

"Not sure." Code said to the girl. Another person was walking towards them, so he grabbed at his trench knife again, but the man just walked past them, kicking the gate open, and told the to come along. 'Well he opened the gate at least.' Code said in his head. He got up to follow, but when he was about to turn into the gate, he saw yet another figure approaching. "Who are you?" He called out, hearing a bang behind him.

She glanced at the new guy, cursing quietly. She didn't like this whole situation, but she was here, might as well get it over with. She stood up and started to follow through the gate, her feet dragging with each step. For reassurance she traced her hand along the blade of her scythe on her back.

"I'm Equinox Sin I got a letter saying to come to Cross Academy" Equinox said. "Me and I gues those three behind me were given the same letter also I guess" Equinox said.

 

"Yes, I sent those letters I was wondering why they didn't enter the gate when it was unlocked" The Principle said

Skuldaf clomped forth past the now open gates, looking  at the people around him. He easily towered over the other people there,but he had a sense that the others there were more dangerous than he, if only due to their mental state.

 

"Who are you?" Skuldaf drawled mechanically to everyone there. Hopefully, his sight was wrong and the people here weren't what they appeared to be
