How did you find MLP Forums?: I used to go on here quite a lot, I withdrew from the fandom when Season 3 came out and I also got a new e-mail.

How you became a fan of My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic: The /co/ thread that started it all on 4Chan (I go on that site all the time).

I just graduated high school, 17 years-old and ready for college! Pursuing a B.S. in Computer Information Science, as I have loved computers since I was young because my father worked for Compaq and it was/is his biggest hobby. I know the Microsoft-based languages the best, C++, C#, etc and I wish to land a decent job post-college.

 

But other than computers, I enjoy quite the list of other hobbies:

-Warhammer 40K (Tabletop and PnP RPG)

-Rugby (Openside Flanker)

-Philosophy (Nietzsche is a great philosopher)

-Music (The Doors, Gorillaz, and The Vaccines. Oh, I also manage my friends' band Highglass Wave)

-My Little Pony (One of the primordial bronies, watched it religiously until Season 3 when I took a break; wrote countless fanfics and participated in many events such as True Captialist Radio (I was the 410 caller, MD area code) and the first Bronycon)

 

So that is me, and I am just SO happy to be back in the fandom, I bought my 3 Day Bronycon badge, living in Baltimore so it isn't a huge trip to go.

I still remember /old/ and when moot created /fur/ for the sole purpose of banning all furries. I was on a couple of the "official pony threads" on /co/, and may have had a hand in the rainbow dash k98k on /k/. Nice to see a fellow oldfiend around lol

Nice! And same here, usually I give off a bad vibe for using 4Chan but in my opinion it is still the heart of internet culture that allowed fandoms like ours to arise. I hope I can meet people on this forum and/or at Bronycon that's for sure!

Dark Eldar? That's a tough faction for me to beat if they're not mostly dead by Turn 3 haha, their armory is so good. And unlike most, I enjoy the RPGs a bit more actually because it doesn't cost ~$1000 haha. Plus RPGs are more my style, looking to buy Call of Cthulhu or something else next and we also play games like Everyone's Name Is John (lol) I just like them more for some reason.

I read a thread about it and was laughing so hard and didn't think it was possible to play, but I gave it ago and everybody loved it and couldn't stop laughing. I just wish more people were into Pen & Paper RPGs.

Pen and paper RPGs are the most unrestricted and hilarious things you can do. I also like more serious pen and paper RPGs, but I prefer to be a little funny, or just interesting XP

One PIece, DBZ, Ginga series, even Ranma is a guilty pleasure cx 

 

C++ is my favorite. But  I am rubbish at it  Had other stuff to mess with though.

C++ gets better with practice, try out Visual Basic first, and One apiece is a classic. And if you like making games or ever wanted to make one, try Unity it is either C# based or you can use its own language, it's pretty fun.

I just made stuff like pacman really But my biggest project was trying to make a social pony chat thing. It became too much for just me to do, so I gave up. Might pick it back up sometime though with some more ponies.
