What would happen is celestia or any unicorn/alicorn got a migrainew?

Well just a random thought would it be a simple "ouch my head!" would they have the ability to do magic? Then again it takes concentration to do magic what if it causes random spells and other oddities to happen? What are your thoughts on this readers?

I don't think it would cause random magic.  I think it might get in the way of using magic, though.

I believe if a unicorn got a migraine it would just interfere with their magic. As cutey said, Shining mentioned he had headaches during the wedding episode, but he still was able to keep the shield up. The interference would probably consist of breaking concentration to cast spells, nothing too serious

They probably wouldn't be able to do their magic, unless they were some sort of freak power unicorn who had an insane amount of power. Maybe then a unicorn could use magic with a migraine.
