Thunder Dash had landed from the skies in Ponyville doing his daily patrol making sure there were no criminals or suspicious ponies around. Because he was a Major in the Equestrian Military Air Force, he was given that duty by Celestia.

@@C. Thunder Dash,  After Silver Tongue's latest show his coin bag remained empty, not a one donation was throne the way. Wanting to continue providing quality entertainment to the masses he decided he would take donations weather they know it or not. He knew just where to start, Mainhtain!

 Pulling up to mainhatin he unpacked his wagon, and began the show. The crowd was in aw as the colors dashed throughout the air, shocked at the tricks that looked challenging for the element of magic herself.

 Silver tongue felt like he was on top of the world as he herd the roaring applauds. He saw the glint of gold in the crowd. one of the attendees had worn an excessive amount of jewelry. Now was his chance to earn son bits. He called out for a volunteer for his near final trick, and chose the flare full pegasus mare. It was almost to easy, he used a simple vanishing act, and the pegasus's golden bracelet was replaced with a cute little bunny.

 after distracting the crowd including his volunteer with the grand finale, all had forgotten about the theft except for you!

Thunder noticed the so-called magician pull a trick stealing a mare's ring. "That's it! Time for some interferance!" Thunder said to himself. He then gathered some electricity and fired a shot that reversed the spell. He then waited for the magician to face him.

 Silver tongue noted the missing trinket silently cursing he played it off as part of the act. After the crowd dispersed he patiently awaited the mystery pony. Already he was planing a game plan trying to predict every possible outcome hoping to end this quickly.

Thunder waited for the pony to turn and face him. He was ready with reversal spells in case the pony tried to sway him. Thunder was not the pony that was easily swayed. He just stood there with a serious look on his face, ready to give the pony a taste of reality.

@@C. Thunder Dash, Silver tongue trotted up to the pegasus, "So you must be the vigilantly around here, and you have taken it upon yourself to challenge my artistic genius." Silver tongue remarked in am annoyed tone. His horn beginning to glow for a rather complex spell that surprisingly doesn't take up much mana. Slowly anger begins to rise in the back of you'r mind at the thought of him trying to manipulate you with magic.

Thunder brushed it off and countered with a neutralizing spell. "You think you're so snooty as to go and steal ponies stuff because you want to prove that you're the greatest around here eh?" Thunder asked as he gathered some electricity and lifted the pony off the ground with his magic.

@@C. Thunder Dash, Silver Tongue started to panic internally so he did what did best. "Okay let's be reasonable, how about you put me down and we can talk about this over some tea?" Silver tongue asked hoping he could talk his way out of yet another tight situation. "Then you can tell me all about how wrong I was, I can tern myself in, and we'll all live happily ever after.".

"I don't know if I trust you yet. I've been watching you and some of the ponies have been complaining about you being all sly and scamming them. Minus well keep you under my watch for a while until you prove yourself worthy of roaming around here alone." Thunder stated still keeping the pony in his magic but lowering him close to the ground.

@@C. Thunder Dash, Silver tongues face lit up, immediately replacing his nervous smile with one of genuine joy. "I had a reputation? I mean, oh ya my reputation.". Dawning a slight smirk he started, "Don't worry its not like I can out run you. More to the point I imagine you are here because you were not a fan of my second last trick?".

"That's right. You were stealing. And stealing will get you int the Canterlot jail." Thunder stated as he spread his wings and was about to take the pony to the jail cell. "Guards have been complaining about a certain magician who through his tricks stole stuff. Now I know who's on the wanted list that I've found." Thunder stated still keeping the magian in his magic grip and flying to the Canterlot jail.

Thunder Dash, Silver tongue did't look panicked, in fact he still had that slight smirk on his face, "wright this can only end bad time to use my trump card.". With an explosion of color and light a magic flare shot in the air! Silver tongue snickered "Better hurry, any second now my riot control crew will be here.".

Thunder gathered some electricity and reversed the spell again. "Sorry, they can't help you now." Thunder stated as the lights faded and everything returned to normal. "No matter how hard you try, you can't get away. This is to teach you a lesson about how nopony can get away with anything wrong they do." Thunder stated.

@@C. Thunder Dash, Silver tongues smirk instantly shattered, only able to hide his exhaustion, his face turned to one of dread and fear. Nothing was working, every spell he cast would just get defused. He thought to himself "I'm going to jail. I can't go to jail, I'll be ruined. Come on think of something...". Silver tongue finally spoke up with a sigh, "So this is how my dream ends, before it begins. I guess I only have myself to blame, if I was a better magician I wouldn't have had to steal in order to keep my dream on a thread. Should have just quit and cut my losses.".

"That's what you should've done. You thought that by taking shortcuts would get you easy fame, but the only thing it got you is being the most wanted pony in almost all of Equestria." Thunder retorted as he continued to fly to the jail. He started to designed towards the wide and large prison.

@@C. Thunder Dash, Then it hit him like a thunder bolt. "There still needed to be a trial. That's my ticket to freedom I can just smith talk my way out. Alright got to be shore, can't get my hopes up.". Silver Tongues fear full expression turned to one of hope as he replied. "So is the trial going to be in the jail house?".

"No trial, full on guilty. You used your magic to steal stuff." Thunder stated as he gathered some electricity and locked the pony's magic so he wouldn't be able to use it anymore. "It's over. You're going to jail for a while. No way out. Hope you learn from this." Thunder stated as he landed in front of the prison. He then gathered some electrcity and made hoofcuffs appear all around the pony's hooves.

@@C. Thunder Dash, Silver Tongue couldn't believe it, no second chance. Anger rising from the situation he needed to lash out, he couldn't just stand there and let all those weeks of effort be destroyed. he thought to himself, "alright time to put those years in psychology to use.". He turned to his side with a scowl and began to rant at his jailer. "You don't even know who I am, and you take it upon yourself to rip me from my life and throw me in jail without so much as trial? How can you call this justice when, I pore my heart into a confession and you condemn me without a second thought?".

Thunder gathered some electricity and made strong ductape appear around the pony's mouth so he wouldn't talk. No matter how hard the pony tried, Thunder would not let him win. He was a criminal and needed jail time. This way, he would learn to be quiet and think before he acts.

@@C. Thunder Dash, Silver Tongue stared daggers at him throughout the ordeal. Taking his time in contemplating the thousands of scenarios that could happen he remembered. "That wright thieves usually go to 'white collar' cells if I don't backtalk the guards I will be fine... mostly. I still must prepare myself for the countless other hardships...". Silver tongue absentmindedly started to count of the possible outcomes.

Thunder entered the cells for the short termed criminals. Thunder found an empty cell and flung the pony inside shutting the door. "There. Hope this teaches you a lesson." He then told the guards to not feed nor give the pony water for 48 hours. He would be released in two months.

@@C. Thunder Dash, Silver Tongues eyes grew wide in horror and anger as the sentence was given. Scared and alone he craned his neck to face the clock... 1, 2, 3, 4, 5. Five seconds had passed and it was already getting to him. Silver tongue looked to the pegasus wondering what he was thinking of. "Dos he even realize the gravity of my situation?! Would he even care to know? This is just to far, this isn't justice any more, I must have struck a nerve. Okay calm down, remember your classes they could mean the difference between trotting out as a pony, or as an animal, lets see...".

The two days passed. The guards finally gave the pony food and water to drink. Guards were keeping a watch on him in case he tried to reverse the disabling magic by feeding off of other's magic. Meanwhile Thunder had flown back to his house and was doing his usual routine.

@@C. Thunder Dash, In the mean time, Silver Tongue was using a technique he learned in his classes, to stay in a low power state to keep the hunger barely bearable. While letting his saliva dissolve the glue of the duck tape (not much progress was made due to the dehydration.).

Soon, the first month passed. Thunder went to visit the pony. "I hope you're learning your lesson." He said as he eyed the pony seriously. He wasn't really looking forward to the day the pony will be released, for he might go back and do the same thing. But he had an idea.
