Does anyone who knows about Paint tool sai know how you can set your own custom brushes? Like I have seen many people who can apply the settings they like to their own custom brush and label it as 'hair' or something, how do I do that?

I've downloaded a game with expansion packs. The game I bought is Dutch. Now I'd like to download another expansion, but I can only find English torrents. Will downloaded expansion packs screw up the bought ones and will other languages screw up my main one in the game?
