I Hated Legend Of Everfree (SPOILERS)

So, as a lot of you may know, Legend of Everfree was recently leaked online thanks to some lovely guy who recorded the English dub. I was excited. The previous film blew away my expectations and I expected to come away from Legend of Everfree satisfied. But no, as you can tell by the title, I wasn't. This is easily the worst thing to come out of the Equestria Girls brand so far for me. It's predictable and boring. With the other three films, they all had a reason to exist. The first one was an i

Every Luna Episode Ever In Brief!

So, here's a new video I made guest starring JamesTheBrony and FateMLP! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nCwWOzDpvXo   This was fun to make and took a long time due to other commitments, so I'd greatly appreciate any and all feedback and views. Coming up in the next blog is a Legend of Everfree review with big spoilers, but to be honest, if you've seen the film, you saw the twist coming at the end.

Retro Spills The Beans II: Awakening of The Toast/Why I'm Not Doing Episode Reviews Anymore

For context, please watch: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WSC57n4izwI   Now that we have got that out the way, allow us to proceed.   Greetings. I am Retro. An ex-reviewer of MLP episodes. Why? I don't like doing it anymore? Yes, but there is more to it, and I want those who are either small in the Bronalysis community or are trying to start up an MLP reviewing channel to read this, because this is important.   Something I've noticed about the Bronalysis Community is how hard it is for th

Slice of Life In Brief, Friendship Is Tragic: Applejack, Oh My!

Hey you! My name is Retro, and I'm here to discuss three things! Starting, now!   1) Slice of Life In Brief I made this parody video a while ago that was well received by about twenty people who watched it, and now, I did a new one, which is better and hopefully you enjoy it!   2) Friendship is Tragic: Applejack 'Friendship is Tragic' is an idea for a animated series I've had for a while now. It's basically the normal show, but with death, destruction, violence and a Scottish pony who drin

Friendship Games Review Available on YouTube!

So I decided to make a review of Friendship Games and put it on YouTube, something I do with MLP episodes. Well, here it is!     So, I spent a day or so writing, recording and editing this video, and I'm super happy with how it's come out! It looks perfect and it's quite possibly the best looking review I've done, so I hope you'll all enjoy it!

Retro's Day Out

November 21 2015   Yeah, so MCM Birmingham was on this day. It was most excellent. I went with fellow YouTuber and friend ColonelKFC as well as PumPegg. The three of us tried out replica swords, Hershey bars on a stick, steampunk hats, 20% Cooler T-Shirts and brought a crap ton of merchandise because it's a Comic Con, so why not?   On that day, I met William Russell, the actor who played Ian Chesterton in the first 3 years of Doctor Who, and got the first ever DW story signed by him, Anneke

Star Wars The Force Awakens Review [SPOILERS]

Welcome all, this is the Dark Side version of my Force Awakens review where I spoil the plot rotten and tell all about the many plot-twists. All right, click off now if you have not seen it.                                               You've done it? Yes?               Good. Now, let's talk the plot. Poe Dameron, a resistance soldier and his droid BB-8 are seperated after The First Order attack Jakku, trying to find a part of a map that leads to Luke Skywalker,

Star Wars The Force Awakens Review [NO SPOILERS]

Hello and welcome all, this is my review of Star Wars: The Force Awakens, or at least the spoiler free, light side edition, if you want to call it that. So, what did I think of it? I thought it was good. Not perfect, but very good, far better than the prequels. However, it is not without it's flaws, which I'll discuss in The Dark Side, Spoilery edition. There is, thankfully, more good than bad. All of the characters are wonderful and well cast, especially in the case of John Boyega as Finn and D
