her name is High hopes =) she is called that because she is an earth pony who's talent is bird training =) she dreams of flying with her birds but cant. she lives at the edge of near everfree forest in a small house with a sanctuary for her birds. =) more backstory to be revealed =3

The thing around her chest is a belt so she can sort things, it has a small yellow compartment =)
