They're taking my cat.

They are taking my cat from me... and I don't have any words to express how pissed and emotionally hurt I am right now.

 

I just love her so much... I remember the day I brought her mother home from the shelter.

A few years later she had kittens, and we gave them away except one, the one that looked like the mother.

 

I remember the day The mother was taken from me as well... It hurt like now, but I knew I would still have the kitten that would be like her.

 

And now they are just going to get rid of her... And I just cant stand it.

 

The reason for them doing so is because she scratched my sisters... (This being the case for both the cats)

 

But lets be rational here.

 

The reason why the mother Attacked my sister was because she was protecting her young from a mean little four year old who was trying to pick up the kittens.

 

The reasoning behind the new cat is slightly different.

She grew up with my sisters always mauling her and probably hurting her.. They just cant leave animals alone. It was no wonder that the cat became mean towards many people because of them.

 

And about a month ago, We got some small dog as well... I do not like this dog.

SO now, the cat is forced to stay up on the top bunk of my sister's bed in fear of that dog.

 

And when my sister goes to bed, she just has to mess with the cat, and its no wonder that the cat attacks her....

 

 

 

She may be a mean cat, but she is still very nice to me, and she is one of the things that continue to keep me stable.

I'm so sorry comrade. I had to go through the same thing just a year ago.

 

They were going to put down my basset hound because she attacked a man who broke into my store.

 

The man who broke into my store got ahold of animal control and they LISTENED TO HIM?! Why the hell would they do that?!

 

I had to fight them in court, they didn't even give me a warning for it.

 

Luckily enough I won and got to keep my puppy, but I'm still amazed that they allowed the criminal to do that...my dog is not violent she was protecting me. The guy was coming at me.

 

If they took my Ninel, I don't know if I'd have made it through that December.

Oh, Brony Heart... I can't imagine how hard I would need to beat someone up if they tried to take my cats from me.

 

I'm really sorry this is happening. It really sucks :( Maybe you could get another one later...

that's something that's so wrong with the laws, imo. if someone breaks into your house, and you defend yourself with a weapon of sorts, or in your case, a dog, they can sue you for harming them.

 

SUE YOU.

anyway, i'm sorry to hear that, TBH. it's no fun getting one of your loved ones taken away from you like that. i hope there is some way you're able to work it out, in the end.

Is horrible! In Russia I was allowed to kill a man in self defense with no problem but in America they were going to kill my dog because she hurt a criminal.

 

Stupid...

I'm so sorry BronyHeart, but I really hope they change their mind and give you back your cat. If you raised your cat and her kitten, you deserve to keep her, because you brought her from the shelter in your arms.
