What music should I listen to learn to write lyrics along with any other advice

I can't sing myself but I still want to write songs. But I'm having trouble writing lyrics and I don't know how to compose sheet music. So any help is appreciated.

While I can't give you a single piece of music, go with anything instrumental. Traditionally, artists don't listen to each other's music because of its influence; but if you really need that extra boost of inspiration or concentration, instrumental is your way to go.
