Upgrading my pc

So, I'm in the process of upgrading my pc, and I just recieved my motherboard and cpu today. Sabertooth 990FX R 2.0 & AMD FX-8320 8MB. I plan on updating this blog post as I get more hardware, so keep an eye out ! :)

What exactly do you use an 8-Core BullDozer for? Wouldn't an i7 or a high end i5 suffice?

 

You're getting a 780..so I'm guessing that you game.

it's way cheaper then anything intel, but it still has awesome capabilities.

I would have gotten the i7, but as repsol said, it's way cheaper than Intel. And I plan on using it mostly for gaming, but also music production, 3D art, and stuff like that.

This just screams Battlefield 4 PC preparation. :P

Maybe a little bit. But I'm also upgrading for ESO, WildStar and other games.  :P
