Nice commentary! You keep a good pace at speaking, not too slow, not too fast, only thing I'd recommend is getting a HD mic, the only thing that's annoying is background noise. Other then that nice LP!

That's the issue, it sounds fine on the raw file from FRAPS, but it goes to hell when I convert and compress it into a MKV file.

I'd use a video editing software, like sony vegas pro, also that way you can cut out bits you don't like, say if you spent 10 minutes doing the same mistake over and over you could cut it out and shorten it
