Shining star was stunned at how fast she was whisked away from the CMC tree house. She looked into the seats hoping that she would see them. Bailiff: "all rise for the Honorable Judge Brown" Judge: "Be seated. The trial of Equestria vs Diamond Tiara is now in session. You may proceed with the Opening remarks." Defendant lawyers: "Thank you your Honor. Ladies and gentle-colts, This is an outrage that two little fillies are here on trial from the Equestrian Government. Their only crime is being in the wrong place at the wrong time. And being FALSELY accused of these crimes. I plead you ponies of the jury, to find a not guilty verdict." ​Plaintiff​ lawyer: "Ladies and gentle colts of the jury. What we have here is a simple case of lying to everypony about what really goes on. These Fillies have been given multiple chances as to change their attitudes with other ponies of their age group, and she went as far as to start targeting older age groups as well. I ask that you teach these fillies a lesson and one that they will never forget. I ask that you find a guilty vote." (going to call ponies to the stand) ​ Defendant: "I call Babs Seed to the stand"

"Friends? you mean we are friends?" Shining Star asked with a smile on her face. Meanwhile Luna ran up to Celestia. "We have the evidence we need." ​ Celestia: "Good. Initiate action" A few pegasus guards moved down and landed in front of the tree house. Other guards moved in on Diamond Tiara. Guard: "Diamond Tiara, your actions have lead officials to take you to court where you will be judged by ponies of your peers."

the glowing in Shining Stars horn cooled back down to a pitch black and Shining star had tears in her eyes. "im...im sorry. I just don't know why i get like that sometimes. They have bullied me so much, even went as far as to throw me into a river. A river! can you believe that!"

Shining Star caught her breath and added. "well, I am probably going to have to lay low down here because i think diamond Tiara and silver spoon saw the video that my dad banned from ponytube and are going to try to use it as a new weapon for bullying me. I really wish i could do something to them. Something that they will never forget." Shining Said getting angry and her horn beginning to turn red. (she is about to use the power from your RP)

"I don't know what uncle storm dose at the weather factory. Though you should have seen the way they all battled a level 10 storm that got out of hand." She went about explaining everything forgetting that Scootalloo had been there and saw it all. she waved her hoofes around crazyly

"yea, Rainbow is my mom. Oh, wait your Scootaloo! You the leader of the Rainbow dash Fan club right? Why dont you show up to the flight classes my mom holds on the weekends?" Shining Star said while walking up to scoot to see her better. Star looked over Scoot from head to hoof never seeing her before

"You know, now that i think about it, I only see her while walking around ponyville. You, Flutershy, AppleJack, mom, dad, Rarity,, Twilight, Pinkie Pie are the only ones that seem at peace with what i am." Shining Star said as she warmed up to the two fillies in the room with her

"umm...If you don't me asking, what happened when Fluttershy met Twilight? Was it bad?" Shining Star asked her voice returning to normal. Shining Star straigthened up and Was no longer hiding behind her hair. "that is if it was alright to ask. Im sorry *wimper*"

Shining Star just stood there not saying anything just rubbing the back of her hoof and trying to avoid eye contact with anypony in the room. meanwhile in Los Pegasus. Silver Fang pulled the lever of the slot machine and landed on the jack pot which at the time was for 4,568 billion bits.

Shining star ended up pulling a Flutter shy to the point of her voice going exactly like fluttershys. She tired to shrink into herself. "um..I'm shining star." she said while trying to hide behind her mane and back away only to back herself into the corner of the room

My honest opinion is just to love an tolerate them. If you like their food, then i say eat there, if not, then don't. I don't hold them against their beliefs. I eat their because i like their food, and they are the few restaurants that still give a military discount. Some of them will actually pay out of their pockets for Service members meals. I still argue about them doing that, i don't know why, but i don't like it when someone else pays for my meal. But they refuse to stand down and pay my meal. I like getting the discount because of how much everything else costs though. So when i do eat out, i go to them

Shining Star nervously laughed. "Yea, i did, He is my dad....You did very good in that talent show by the way. My dad was very proud of the way you stood up to your fears and played your hear out." Shining Star said giving a weak smile, being she was still nervous and all

Shining Star was taken back at how quickly the door was answered. But she stepped in and looked around the room. She didnt know what she was suppose to do, so she just went inside and stood there scratching at the back of her hoof sometimes getting caught in the holes that ran up to her knee.

Shining Star walks up to applebloom after she found Applejack again and asked if she knew where applebloom was at. She was told that they were at the tree house in the apple orchard. Shining Star then went to the orchard and knocked on the door of the CMC headquarters. Shining Star was nervous. She had never really made any friends, and was also afraid of what they were going to think of her in her changeling look

Shining Star landed in ponyville and started walking around. She saw Pinkie Pie, Princess Twilight, she bowed down to her, and was told to get back up by Twilight. She then walked around the rest of the town and saw flutter shy, Apple Jack who asked about her brother, which confused her a bit then remembered about the other changelings that were somewhere on vacation. and then she saw rarity who offered for her to come inside so that they may have some tea. Shining star didnt refuse and after an hour of tea, she went back out and walked around ponyville looking for the CMC

Shining Star hears this and runs downstairs and into the kitchen. She gets into her seat and says a prayer for the food and for the family. She then gets herself four slices of pizza and eats them. she then gets one more and slowly munches on the pizza. After chow she flys down to Ponyville in search of Babs seed, hoping that she could make a friend. She didnt want to make a new friend based off a false identity so she dropped her alicorn look mid flight and changed into her changeling look, which consisted of everything of an Alicorn, only holy (no pun intended) (ooc: what im trying to do is make it to where she has the feather wings of an pegasus and a straight horn instead of changeling wings and crooked horn, but she still had the looks to the changeling

"hey its not my fault i eat a lot. I get my appetite from my mother. Good Ol Rainbow-dash." Shining Star states with a big smile on her face. She was also rubbing her belly that finally went down. "i think i am going to go and make some room for this pizza." She said hopping down and going to to room.

"school is starting to sound like its going to be a very long and very dull way to start out the day." She said as she took the books and utensils from Thunder-Dash and took them upstairs to put in her bags. She then came downstairs to get ready for lunch. "So what are we having for lunch today?"

"Ok, so your going to home school me....That...I guess that can work" she said then added. "What all will i need for school?" she asked while getting back on the computer and listening to her music again. This time she listened to Everfreeradio.net and started dancing to the music.

Shining Star just stared at Thunder-Dash. "And how dose going to school differ than home school?" She asked along with a little chuckle. She didnt really like the Idea of having to redo the entire section of the studies because of failing one portion.

Shining Star looks a little hurt by this comment though she knew it was true. "is she that good of a friend?" She asked. then she realized the last thing that Thunder said. "Wait, What happens if i dont want to go to school. I can be home schooled right?" she asked a little nervously.

"Babs seed is in Ponyville now?" Shining Star asked. "I really need to get out and make some friends" Shining Star said as she walked over to the computer and began to watch random videos and mainly just stuck with listing to music videos. Down in ponyville Diamond Tiara was fed up with Babs and left only to get lectured by her father

"Ouch" She said as she rubbed her tail. "that hurt. You know you could have just grabbed me by something else other than my tail" She complained but when she saw that the video was blocked and taken off. she stopped complained and hugged Thunder-Dash. "Well thats over 4000+ ponies that saw me hit the wall. I just hope that ponyville didnt see it." Down in ponyville Diamond Tiara was laughing and thinking of ways to use this against poor Shining Star

"Thats good, but that's still 1,000 ponies that had seen me crashing into the wall." She looks at the computer. She then looks up 'Epic Flying Fails' and a video is up with only Star slamming into the wall with over 2,500+ views. "This is getting out of hand." She grabs another computer hooks it up and starts backtracking the IP that the video was uploaded from. She then found out that it was from Cloudsdale. She then pulled up a map and the target ridicule started moving all over the map and the image getting bigger. She finally had the location and ran out the door heading for the address.

"she gets from ponyville to here via carriage. And at lest I know it wasnt her that recorded this. I need to find out who it was that recorded this." She steps out of the house and some pegasus looks in her direction. "I hope your not hurt after hitting that wall" He said not making fun of Star but caring for her safety. Star walked back into the house. "how many views dose that video have already?"
