    Umbra didn't see much of it. He was too busy thinking, trying to remember what she liked, you know, apart from himself. He kissed her experimentally on the neck, putting his hoof around her, pulling her a little closer to him. He smiled, laughing a little at the show.

    ".... We're missing the performance!" he said, grabbing her hoof gently, leading her towards the tent. "All the good seats will be gone" he moaned. His voice holding more confidently once again. as they sat to watch the performance, he rested his head against her shoulder.

    Umbra sighed. "I-I don't know. You... you know first hand I don't know how to work with mares... at least... I think you do. I'm glad you found me too, before that poor mare got too attached." he smiled. "Well s-since we're here why don't we have a b-bit of fun? Catch up some of our lost time?"

    He flinched a little like when they'd first met. He took a piece of paper and a quill. He wrote; ['b]@[/b], I'm sorry for playing with your emotions. It's probably best if you try to forget about me. My most profound apologies ~ Umbra.' He left the note on the bench next to the napping mare. He walked back to Hop. "How about we go somewhere else and you tell me a bit about myself?" he smiled.

    Umbra sobbed for a little longer "For the longest time I only knew your name and how I felt for you. Nothing else. I was lucky to be left with that." he said. "C-can you forgive me?" he asked, looking up at her beautiful eyes, his whole body shaking with fear and sadness.

    "W-what?" he pulled out the locket she'd given him last hearth's warming. A picture of her was inside. "Oh my gods it's you. I loved you. I-I still do b-but I could never find you. In the end I gave up. What am I going to tell Rockshire?" He started sobbing into his wing.

    "N-not much... I woke up in a hospital bed, they told me I'd taken a nasty blow to the head. I wasn't on any census records but apparently I was a wonderbolt of some description." He fished around in his bag and pulled out a paper from about 2 days after he disappeared. 'Wonderbolt flyer Umbra Thunderwing takes a plummet! More inside on his fall from grace.' "I had no family I knew of, they didn't know where I lived for some reason and the wonders weren't much help. They told me something about a little hop pony but apparently I never told them much about her"

    "I c-can't remember but you seem important s-somehow... I think... Is your name.... Cadenza?" he asked, standing up. "Um, R-rocky, d'you mind i-if I l-leave you alone for a f-few?" He said. "I lost my memory a while back, but I think I know this mare. Somepony important to me anyhow. You understand?" then without another word he began walking, gesturing for hop to follow.

    //We're not carrying this on from the garden party thing are we? 'cos Hop's going to be really annoyed if we are, and I'm bad with that kinda storyline\\ @@Marathon @ Umbra looked up at the pony with a frown. "Um, h-hello there? D-do I know you? I haven't seen you before. But I guess we might have met. I t-travel a bit" He explained "A-anyhow Rocky how about I take you to see the show?" Umbra really didn't recognise her for reasons she'd never found out. On the way home to Hop one day he'd crashed, slamming his head into a wall, resulting in amnesia. He'd remember everything eventually, but what then? The bandage from his injury was just visible under his mane.

    On the top of a big cloud in the middle of the sky Umbra awoke, once again without his Hop by his side. He rolled over and looked around still smiling a little bit as he looked down on the garden. "Seems to be coming back nicely" he said with a light smile to himself.

    //Will you be on tomorrow? just I have to go now so.. yeah sorry, see yah..\\ Umbra laughed out loud, as they were thrown around for five minutes or so on the ride. Gods was her mane nice. When it was finally over he laughed all the way out of the dodgems ring and sat down on a bench with her.

    //see you then\\ He smiles and wraps his wings slowly around her, hugging her as close as physically possible. "I'm the luckiest stallion on earth" he sighed snuggling close as he kissed her lips, her cheek, her neck. He stroked under her wings kindly loving every second. Slowly, happily, he fell asleep in her hooves, nuzzling close as he did so. //See you tomorrow :3 well, it's Christmas then so you probably don't wanna be on *shrugs*\\

    //Sorry, it didn't show the notification\\ "I know right?" He giggled as electricity surged through the car as they surged forward. He span the wheel, turning them into the side of another car then zipping them along as they were bumped about by the others

    Umbra giggled "It's extra soft, like you." he purred kissing her on the lips. "I love you Hop. You're so sweet and cute." he purred further drawing her closer, loving the feel off her fur against his. The clouds made everything so much better and warmed them through.

    He booped her gently on the nose as he flew past giggling, removing a few more clouds, Ignoring her big one. Very soon, the sky was clear except the big one and their score was even "This is too big for just me" he admitted, prodding the cloud frowning "Want to help?"

    He giggled, swooping down and giving her an upside down kiss on the lips "You're on, Hop. 3-2-1 gooo!" He zipped off, with a little laugh, determined not to be too competitive with this. Despite that he'd already cleared three clouds though he was leaving really easy to get to ones.

    She was so cute it hurt, the line moved slowly but he didn't mind. Slowly but surely they were at the front of the queue with the owner of the ride smiling down at them. Umbra showed the wristband he'd been given on entry and they were allowed to get on the ride. He singled out a purple one and sat in the drivers seat, patting the chair next to him.

    He smiled, his face blushed as red as a tomato as they walked, each step he took he held himself a little more confidently. He hoped to get in a few more kisses before the day ended and he went to the hotel. As they joined the line he sheepishly put a hoof around her shoulder as a lover would, hoping to every god she wouldn't mind

    He cuddled her close "I'd love to go flying with you. It'd really light up my night" He said, spreading his wings out, jumping off the cloud flying gracefully up above her, admiring her a little bit. "You coming then sweety?" he purred, steadying himself calmly.

    Time to stop being silly, he wanted to impress her, to make her happy an idea formed. Would that work? Only one way to find out. "Well, okay the dodgems, have a bit of fun y'know? B-but first... well... ah shut up, me" He smiled for the first time, and leant in giving her a quick kiss on the lips.

    Umbra tried to stop the embarrassment. She wanted to be with him. Stop squirming you idiot! "Um o.k. let's see, how about the dodgems? Or I could pay for you a meal or somming?" As a little more confidence entered his voice it was revealed that he had a northern British accent that fitted him quite well

    Umbra frowned as he looked around. "F-fair enough. Bloomin 'ell, I wouldn't think a bit of..... would do all that." he sighed standing. "A low profile might be a good idea, though I'd like to apologise. She's my friend too." he gave her a little kiss on the cheek and a hug.

    and squirm and blush he did, he wasn't used to being touched by mares. "Um.... l-let's find a m-map and s-see what t-there is t-to do" he said looking around for one. "D-do you have a-any ideas of what you'd like to do, miss Rockshire? I d-don't mind, whatever you want to do I'll go with you"

    Umbra squeaked slightly as her eyes washed over him. "Yo-you really want to do that? O-okay um w-where would you like to see first?" he asked eager to impress this nice mare. he looked up, trying to put a smile on his face as he caught her eyes. He shied again, blushing.
