      Probably. I've seen various episodes of those seasons multiple times over the years. There were some good episodes during S4-5, but there were some truly awful ones.

      If you remember when I reviewed Hey Arnold, seven of the nine episodes I rated as a Raspberry were from S4-5. :eww:

      Ok. The closet animated show I’ve seen as “the best” is

      The New Adventures of Winnie the Pooh. I only disliked

      one episode of the entire series “Babysitter Blues”

      because Tigger was a bad influence to Christopher Robin.
