      If she lost at court, then things would only get worse from there, probably for the rest of her life. If she won is a whole other story. The court would probably give her the order to evac her grandmother's home and go to where you live, Dsanders, or at least someplace where she'll be safe and well cared for.

       

      But if only she was court-savvy......!

      I wouldn't blame her. The law is a tricksy, unbridled beast when it comes to harnessing it, and mark my words, once a side harnesses it, it will never abandon them. I know how Pinks feels, trying to use the law to your advantage can be a tricky, and often costly, business.

      Salvador, and yes. Pinks could sue, but in all honesty it depends on whatever laws they've got there.
