I guess your right, well, besides that, I thought it was good. It had a couple of plot problems, and the animation looked choppy at times, but the ups out weigh the downs. Oh, and the reference. How I loved the references

My husband was very impressed by it. Called it "engaging" which by his standards is a thumbs up (for the most part) yeah, animation was a bit out of their league since they took FIM and humanized it not just with characters, but also environment.

DHX knows how to make really good slice of life episodes, not epic adventure arcs let alone a feature length movie! So I cut them some slack, since Hasbro is the one pulling the strings. They did their best working with what they have been given.

If you take the normal "high school" genre, it's overused, cliqued, and now just downright dumb in my opinion. I still am not too impressed with the concept of Equestria Girls still. However, based on the new trailer, there seems to be more potential than before that DHX is going to turn the whole "high school" trope on its head. Thus, it's more appealing to me than before. I don't doubt that :3 ...A favorite publishing company shut down and we (my husband and I) wanted to a get books on our 'to get' list before they run out of what's already published. Mostly the books are on Steam Engine mechanics, blacksmithing history and projects, crucibles, shaper machine and lathe books....

Not quite understanding what your trying to say

I ponder them all the time, even when I don't mean to. It's snowing here and I've only seen 1 sunny day in the past two weeks...The weather is not typical where I am, and it's really wearing on me. My husband is feeling it too.

I actually don't like sunny weather, for me it's either snow, raining or just cold weather.

It was snowing yesterday, weather is unpredictable here.
