    General Information: I am a closet brony fan of AJ and RD. RD would win hands down except for her pre disposition to brag, I really don't like people who are too full of themselves. I am a medic within the United States Army.

    Music: Classical is by far the best. But i listen to almost every genre out there.
    Favorite Composer: Hans Zimmer or Trevor Jones.
    Favorite independent artist: Taylor Davis

    Educational: History. I am a historical sinkhole. I absorb and learn about everything I can. I usually do not brag (as stated above) but I gladly will for my history and knowledge of it. There are few people I know that can stump me with historical questions or discussions, But only a few.
    Favorite Era: I have several: Sengoroku period of Japan, World Wars 1 and 2, most modern warfare, ancient Rome, pre Roman Celts, and turn of the 20th century American West are among the most prevelent.
    Favorite Army of study: German Wehrmacht circa. 1936-45
    Favorite Persons Of Interest: Robert Howard, Azai Nagamasa, Erwin Rommel, (and others)
    Special Interests: History as you've learned, Sciences, Ponies, Warhammer (and 40k), Books (lots of books), and model making.

    Special things about me: I am slightly anti social, Mostly because I am very awkward and I am always sure to ruin a conversation or make someone else feel awkward. it mostly comes from me not understanding how to be social (I don't understand most people and their mannerisms or allot of the things that society considers a norm or an unwritten rule so usually make most conversations very awkward)

    Actually that is why I love Ponies so much to begin with. I honestly did not understand friendship, love, or any other societal bonding very well until I started watching FiM and it's lessons actually taught me how those things work for normal folk. (Told you I was socially retarded)

    Why is it that as this next deployment approaches I feel more and more excited to do my job again, to be 'Doc'.. but the feelings of dread for coming home afterwards keep getting worse and worse? I feel like I want to leave and not come back.

      Being 'Doc' is important and worthwhile, not just to you but to those you are 'Doc' to. Nothing wrong with wanting to do things that are meaningful. I wish I could give suggestions as to how to make your 'home-time' better but I've never been in the Army, so I don't actually know how that works logistically. Are you still doing medic-stuff when not on deployment?

    And on the complete opposite end of the spectrum: I don't know about you, but I get a squad in every one of the ponies I would run a Mane 6 army. . . . . . I've seen positive and negative cross-overs from just about every fandom out there, the key is just to ignore those that you do-not appreciate and enjoy the ones you find to be rather befitting of the shows awesome-ness.

    Litany of Magic..... I love it! The inventory system does make allot more fluffy sense being more simplistic as it is now as well.

    Doubt it since they cant offcially segregate against it. I just ended up getting voluntold to do allot more than my fair share when my being a brony first came out. Nowadays though I am getting my revenge just dues since I'm proving myself allot more apt medic than my peers and going to Ranger's in July brony kid kicked their asses!

    @@MilBrony Right there with you man, We hadn't had a barracks inspection in several months so I figured it would be safe to hand a poster I bought from another member on here in my room and lone behold, next day a surprise Room Inspection by the CSM. Needless to say, he was not very thrilled or amused.

    Girlfriend of 3 years has been jumpy recently. Finally figured out why: she says that she's scared cause she doesnt feel 'relationshippy' anymore. Well fuck.

      lmao It will be good if i can make it. I'm a little nervous for it honestly but am kinda rearing to go. I know I can take it mentally but physically... It'll be rough since im so close to being underweight as it is.

    True about hormones, false about the lack of self control. Self control is the ability to control yourself over your more basic desires and the like. And there are many that have complete sefl control, even entire societies that practice it. Samurai of the Sengoroku period and before? Most monks of European and Asian faiths, and others besides. Plus an individual's own mindset. I have what I would call complete self control and it was not hard for me to achieve it, but for a different reason than practice or meditation

    Well my Python rather blows otherwise I'd offer some assistance, as it stands all I can really do is say it sounds like its has the potential to be as amazing as the story that drives it.
