@Oni Musha Silver is silent for a minute before responding to his friend. “I don’t think there really is much anypony can do, sadly. It’s up to Vesperr and my sister, Charlotte. When I get back, I’ll talk with them about it, but that conversation could go in any direction, really. It’s too bad you’re all bound to protect your country like that, I’d appreciate some company on the trip back home. But I understand you all have your obligations. Now then, let’s just focus on the present for the time being, I’m not leaving yet. We can still have fun together.” He smiles, looking over to Samurai.

@Oni Musha “Oh, I’m not going anywhere just yet, and of course I’ll say goodbye.” He says reassuringly. “I’m just not sure how to make that decision…yet. Your country isn’t exactly next door to me, so I feel that once I leave, I can’t guarantee I will be back anytime soon. I have other ponies’ lives to consider besides my own. I’m really thankful that everypony here has been so welcoming of me. I’ve had a wonderful time here so far, but I’m not going to leave just yet.” He comments as he produces the art he was working on earlier from his saddlebag and continues working on it.

@Oni Musha Silver gets into the palanquin and waits until they start moving before speaking. ‘Well, first of all, on our way here, I had this weird feeling like I was being watched. Didn’t see anypony that looked suspicious, but I know that feeling… anyway, that’s not what was on my mind earlier. At some point I will need to head back home, and when I do, I’m not sure when I’ll be coming back. Or if I’ll be coming back. I’ve been getting the feeling that some ponies are expecting me to stay here, but I can’t do that. At the very least, I would need to go back home and talk to my family and friends about it. I have been enjoying my time here with you all, but I’ve been away from home for a while now. I guess it’s just really hard for me to make that decision.” He states sincerely.

@Oni Musha Silver waves to them both, feeling a bit sad as they parted ways. But Samurai was still here with him, now’s not the time to be unhappy. “Yes, like you said, it’s getting late. Time to head home, have some food, and get some rest. I do have something important I’d like to discuss with you, my friend. Perhaps we can talk while on our way back home.” He says as they start walking back to his friends’ palanquin.

@Oni Musha Silver smiles and replies “Yes, it was nice spending time with you too, Asahi. You were a great host! And everyone else too, of course. When I return, I will most certainly come back here to see you.” The kirin can’t help but chuckle at Denki as he tries to act uninterested. He wasn’t doing a very good job of hiding it, and his reaction to their teasing just makes it even more obvious. “Glad you enjoyed yourself, Denki… even if you don’t want to admit it.” He says with a grin. “At any rate, today was lovely. I for one have no shame in admitting I had fun. Thank you all for the memories.”

@Oni Musha “Very well then, Hanako-chan. Farewell, until we meet again.” Silver exits the room with the others and closes the door, leaving Asahi alone with her sister. He sits quietly while the events of the day replay slowly in his mind. He wonders just how long he’ll stay in Japone, having already been gone a while on his latest adventure before stumbling upon his new friend Samurai, for his friends and family back home surely missed him. But his new friends here would also miss him. He couldn’t be in two places at the same time, so he needed to decide about this rather soon. Moving here was also an option, but would be a huge change for Vesperr, and for Charlotte too if she chose to join. Silver realizes that no matter what he choses, he’ll be leaving somepony behind, it’s just inevitable. The kirin silently processes all this information while waiting for Asahi to join them outside her sister’s room.

@Oni Musha Silver is a bit surprised at first, especially considering what he learned earlier, but he quickly relaxes and smiles, returning the embrace. Living among us? Silver thought to himself. He couldn’t say that he had been planning on staying here long term, but that would have to be a discussion to have with Samurai later. For now, he simply nodded his head and responded, “I’ll do whatever I can while I’m here, Hanako. But I also believe that she’s doing a great job for herself, as well.”

@Oni Musha Silver couldn’t help but chuckle a bit at Asahi’s reaction. He nodded slightly upon hearing Hanako’s request and moved in closer with his friends to hear what she has to say to them. He listened carefully but wondered what in Equestria she could have to say that would involve him.

@Oni Musha “Alright, fair enough.” He replied to Hanako before turning to Asahi. “And you’re sister’s right, Asahi. Regardless of what’s happened to her, you’re doing a great job as a samurai. Did you tell her about what happened on our way here today? That was a shining example of how you stepped up and used your magic to do what was needed to be done.”

@Oni Musha “Oh, I see.” He replied, his smile fading. “I’m so sorry that this has happened to you. I can’t even imagine how you feel, or how hard it’s been on yourself and those who care about you. I don’t… really think there’s a whole lot I can say. I’m glad to have met you even if the conditions are less than ideal. Your sister and her friends have been doing an amazing job of showing me around and making me feel welcome.” A slight smile returning to his face.

@Oni Musha “Oh, well thank you, Hanako.” He replies, smiling while dragging a hoof on the floor in small circles. “Well, to be honest, she told me that you exist, and are at the hospital. That’s it.”

@Oni Musha Silver looks to the others and lets them go in first before following behind and closing the door. Assuming that she’s probably met the two samurai before, Silver stays quiet until he’s addressed. When it’s his turn, he replies “Um, hey there, Asahi’s sister. My name’s Silver. I’ve been exploring your lovely country with Samurai here, and Asahi invited me to visit her, so I’ve been tagging along with everyone here today.” He said with a smile.

@Oni Musha Silver smiles at his friends’ comment. “Might as well try to be useful somehow here.” He said jokingly. “You all did an amazing thing here, least I can do it try to help clean up.” Once they arrive at the hospital, the friends check in and they let Asahi head into her sister’s room first to give them some time alone. Not really knowing anything about the situation, Silver simply sits quietly and waits.

@Oni Musha “I don’t have anywhere to be.” Silver says, turning to Samurai. “I’m as free as the wind. I mean, I do have to go back home eventually, but until then, I’m gonna try to experience as much of your country as I can. Let’s go visit Asahi’s sister, then.” He decided, before trying to be helpful and picking up some of the smaller pieces of the road. A kirin’s telekinesis magic is functional, but nowhere near as powerful as a unicorn’s. Especially one who trains for battle daily.

@Oni Musha Silver smiles as the two samurai go back and forth with each other with friendly roughhousing until Asahi gets his attention. “Oh, me? Nah, it's fine. I’m an adventurer, remember? I’ve travelled all around Equestria had plenty of crazy encounters myself. Maybe none quite like this with all the magic, but still. Anyway, you all did an amazing job here, very impressive.”

@Oni Musha Suddenly, Samurai leaps into the air and takes off, seemingly away from all the action. Silver is somewhat confused by this, as are the other samurai. They don’t have much time to focus on that however, and return to the task at hoof, successfully rescuing all the construction workers. Once everypony is safe, they turn their attention to Samurai. He explains that he didn’t leave, but rather, he spotted some foals who happened to be passing by as the scaffolding collapsed. Thanks to Samurai’s keen eye and quick action, they were all saved from harm. Silver stands by and watches as the samurai receive thanks for their heroic efforts.

@Oni Musha Silver looks to the large building in front of them as Asahi explained why it was originally built, until they were all distracted by some construction ponies who apparently recognized her. Seems Asahi really was quite a big deal in this city. However, the celebration was soon cancelled when the scaffolding broke apart and several the workers started plummeting to ground below. As they stand and watch the scene play out in horror, Denki is first to react as he charges up his magic and releases a bolt of lightning and disappears. He soon reappears and is seen grabbing ponies one by one and bringing them safely to the ground. Asahi leaps into action soon after and uses her plant magic to quickly sprout and grow a number of trees to assist Denki in catching the remaining workers. Meanwhile, Silver watches from the sidelines in astonishment at the whole display.

@Oni Musha Silver smiles at Asahi’s reaction to his offer and follows his new friends onto the tram that takes them into the city. As they walk along, Asahi indicates certain points of interest. The kirin nods and looks around as they’re given a bit of a tour on their slow walk through the city. “So, was there anything you needed to do here, Asahi? I think you mentioned a couple things earlier.” He asks.

@Oni Musha “Ok!” He replies with a smile. “Well, we could accompany you on your duties, unless I’d just be getting in your way. If that’s the case, then I’m sure there’s some other place Samurai and I can explore. Totally up to you! Either way, I’ve enjoyed our time here together, and appreciate you taking the time to show us around.” He says to Asahi sincerely.

@Oni Musha Silver waves a hoof dismissively. “It’s fine, I made a lot of progress, but I’m in no hurry to finish. I’ll just continue chipping away at it and it’ll get done eventually. No need for you all to wait around for me on that. Where are we headed next?” He asks.

@Oni Musha Silver probably should’ve seen this was coming. Maybe chosen his words a bit more carefully. But he now had Denki beside him more or less crushing him in what was more like a wrestling move than a hug. The kirin gasped for air once Denki released him from his death grip, blinking and nearly falling over from the ordeal. “That was… great, Denki.” He replied in between breaths. “Just… need to remember that… you’re doing it out of love, not to force them into submission…”

@Oni Musha Silver relaxes a bit after everypony in the room calms down and Samurai returns his hug. He’s happy that his friends are so receptive of his ideals, even if they go completely against their own normal customs. Silver looks over to Denki with a bit of a worried look. “Denki… no… that’s not really how friendship works. It must be from the heart, and only for the two ponies involved.” He tries to do his best to explain how friendship hugs work.

@Samurai Equine Based on the reactions of Asahi and Denki, Silver realizes he’s crossed some sort of social boundary. Perhaps Samurai had mentioned this to him before, but with everything that had been going on lately, he wasn’t exactly thinking straight all of the time. “Yea, that’s right, Samurai. Hugs are pretty normal back where I’m from. But I’m sorry, my friend, I didn’t realize it wasn’t the same around here.” He replies, slightly embarrassed from all the attention.

@Samurai Equine Silver looked up from his drawing to see Denki flipping out over his artwork he had been struggling with. One fury of paper and markers later, it seems that he’s finally satisfied with. His art is very abstract, but also rather unsettling at the same time. Silver nods in approval. “Yes, this looks very good, Denki. Looks like you just let your emotions dictate what the piece was about, and that’s what art is all about.” He then turns his attention to Asahi’s art. “Wow, this looks amazing, Asahi! Very colourful and vibrant, it suits your personality very well!” He smiles warmly. Samurai is last to finish, and when Silver notices what he’s drawn, he can’t help but get up and have a closer look at it. He looks at the painting and then looks to his friend before giving him a big hug. “No, I’m not familiar with this art style, my friend. But it means an awful lot that when given the chance to draw anything, you draw us having fun together. This is truly amazing.”
