I think I found my new favourite trainer at the gym I go to.  I was initially supposed to see someone else but they had to give me to someone else because they were really busy yesterday.  The trainer I had yesterday was really energetic and eager to try showing me the new equipment since my gym just renovated.  Helps that she kept telling me that my form was good and that I was strong, flattery gets you everywhere tbh lol...  I have a good grasp with what I should/could be doing with the new equipment now.  My old trainer, the one that I've seen for most of my time there, was pretty good too but I can't see her as much because she's always in the morning and I'm no longer a morning person.  Just something I'm thinking about right now.
