Yes, not too long ago. Had a wasp nest underneath the bench by the porch. My idea was to knock it down by slamming the bench down, then dumping a bucket of water I had ready while they would be "dazed and confused". Mofos didn't even take a second before they started going after me. One of them landed a successful sting, the rest just buzzed around. Maintenance came by a day or two later to blast them with anti-wasp stuff. Garlic will really help with the stinging pain, btw.

I don't really see any friends in real life very much. I feel much closer to a few of my online friends if you ask me. I'm happy I have this website as a medium for getting to know other people that I wouldn't have been able to meet otherwise. I cherish those friendships very much. -
Hmmm alright. Though a little annoyed. Have time off this week but I already have a bit of an annoying chore to do tomorrow after one appointment, and I won't be driving my own car .

There's plenty of memorable pics I have. I want to get them framed someday so they aren't just on my phone. Here's a few. This first one is from May 2013. Was my first flight to Europe as I was going to study abroad end of my freshman year in college. Taken at Newark Liberty, it's a Lufthansa Boeing 747-400 to be taking me to Frankfurt, Germany. Even from a distance it looked HUGE! This one was from the snow storm that got us in 2022 (Winter Storm Uri). I remember the night before it was pouring with snowflakes! I was pretty surprised to see the next morning all of this right at my doorstep! Last one is a view from a restaurant in Cozumel, Mexico looking to the West. Personally thought it was cool that you can see from each side the opposing land (you can barely make out out Playa Del Carmen, in Cancun here). Like another world just one body of water apart. Maybe will post more later... -
