      I would imagine that it would rattle itself apart at 100kph-let alone at over 300.

      I got pulled over on a moped one time by a cop insisting that he'd clocked me doing 60mph. The thing was a 49cc with a top speed of 35mph. I offered him the chance to ride it himself and see-he declined.
