    Operation: Tell Family and friends I enjoy My little Pony Friendship is magic Hello My name is Stephen and I live in Scotland, I am 19 years old and will be 20 fairly soon, I have been activly seeking a job, I still live with my parents and I have 1 Brother and 2 sisters. I have enjoyed "My little pony: FIM", and like many other fans, don't want to tell anyone as it is embarrassing. Recently however I managed to build up enough courage to tell my family slowly person by person and it has went well for the most part. I have so far told my: Mum Older Sister Younger Brother This just leaves my:Dad Youngest Sister (She will be the most likely watch this out of anyone) Telling My Mum and older sister went down fairly well and both have been telling me not to worry about it or get embarrassed (I still do, But the support is great) I have just recently told my younger brother who is nearly 16 and the response has not been as I had hoped, By no means has he tried to make me upset over this however he has said "I Wish you never told me this" and now there appears to be just a clearly awkward atmosphere when I try to talk to him, This has made me depressed I Don't know if I want to tell my dad now, I am sure he would be supportive but to get a reaction like my brother, with him, would be terrible... I have posted this to seek advice from anyone who is/has told their family/friends. If there are allot of these threads then I am sorry.

    Thanks Skar, your digital art looks like the real thing, I'm actually jealous thanks toothlessbrony have you got a link to your art? I wanna see I understand completly, I need the constructive criticisim if I want to get good at this. Thanks for your opinion on this Update! Ok, I suck at 3/4 view (Just can't get perspectives) And it got me frustrated So I went off on an adventure through the internet to look for tutorials and I ended up with this: It was supposed to be Rainbow Dash but looks a tad like Derpy... Camera angle was wrong when I took the picture, the right eye is smaller than the left, the head is the wrong shape and my creeper rubber is looking round I think it would be best to just lightly sketch then learn how to use "Vectors" on photoshop and do the rest online. Still I'm interested in what you think of Rainbow Derp?

    Hey, I have just taken up drawing, I have not ever liked drawing from as long as I can remember but after becoming a brony I think it's the best thing ever Anyway Here is what I have at the moment: My very first attempt at proper drawing (Fluttershy) My second attempt which is unfinished, I don't know if I want to start drawing hair (If I make a mistake the only undo button is my rubber and he's creepy (If you get what I mean)) And finally My third drawing this time a male pony (also Unfinished) I'm not as happy with the body with this attempt, Still, it's all a learning process. Also, I'm wanting to learn how to draw this stuff on the pc, I see people with drawings that looks as though they should have a job at hasbro. Are there any tutorials you know that can help me create art like they do? There is allot of talk about "vector"? It's got something to do with points but I am lost when it comes to using drawing programs. Anyway, what do you think? do any of you have any tips you can share for drawing with a pencil? can you post your art or a link to your art here so I can see it?

    Hi! I'm from Scotland in the UK, I am 19 years old and got interested in my little pony when I wanted to see what was so good about it (I now know) Strangley enough I used to watch the old my little pony I think is known as G1? When I was but a wee lad. I like to 3D model and animate But recently I have been trying to draw with pencils (Because I Fail at using a drawing pad :X) I just want to say that I'm very pleased to have come across this forum and I hope to become part of the community
