A new Nintendo Direct is happening tonight everypony! Who knows what we may expect?

They don't look too bad. There's some good quality in these toys. -
So, what did you all think of the Nintendo E3 Direct? I've enjoyed it. I didn't jump out of my seat like that time Splatoon 3 was announced, but there are many great games and mentions heading way in time to come! Definitely gonna get the new WarioWare game and Breath of the Wild 2.

It was pretty good, on par with Microsoft's show. I think whether it's better or worse than that is based on personal preference. Kazuya's a great addition to Smash(Namco character was long overdue), Zelda and Metroid look fantastic, new Warioware, a Mario Party that sounds like what SMP should have been, Advanced Wars remaster, Fatal Frame going to consoles people actually have, SMTV looks awesome, Danganronpa finally coming to Switch, and a few other neat things

We're almost there, Nintendo fans! The Nintendo E3 Direct is happening in less than 18 hours and I am excited! Not only will there be new games and content to be revealed but soon we'll be seeing who will join the Smash Bros. Ultimate roster. Oooh, I hope it's one of my favourites.

Happy 6th year anniversary, Splatoon!
Back when I first saw the trailer of Splatoon, it looks like something I would totally enjoy. So I brought the game day 1 along with the Inkling hat. When I started playing it, I was hooked! All the imagination, enjoyment and world lore put into the game is what makes this game a must-have for the Wii U. But Splatoon 2 is what makes the video-game series my favourite, even topping Pokemon and Mario. I've attended as many Splatfests as I could and had great fun with each and every player. Heck. that game's the reason why my OC's an Inkling. The Splatfests may be over in Splatoon 2, but the fun's only gonna get bigger and better now that Splatoon 3's been announced. I can't wait to enter the new world, I can't wait to look at any improvements over Splatoon 2 and to top it all off, I can't wait to play with all of you when the game's released!
To all the Splatoon fans in this community, I hope you have a spectacular day and as always...

Since they're doing CGI, I like the animation to be as sharp as the graphics in Super Mario Odyssey. More details mean bonus points. -
Hi there. Sorry about posting my latest topic last night which got locked. I should've checked the rules more before asking a curious question.

Hi there. As I saw the details of the upcoming generation, I saw that many users aren't looking forward to it due to this "diversity" stuff. I can't seem to wrap my head around why teaching everypony about diversity is not a good idea. This is just a curious question which is NOT meant to make everypony uncomfortable. Why is it so bad to talk about this topic in the first place and why it rubs everypony the wrong way? Did the School of Friendship already did this sort of thing before by introducing the Student Six featuring a yak, a hippogriff, a Changeling, a griffon, a dragon and a pony? I didn't see any complaints around that time. To me, this is teaching us and our newer generation that we may be different from the outside, but inside we're the same living being. And the second part about somepony being an activist shown in the details, could also give us (and the character) a lesson that you can't force others to do something they don't want to do under the means of friendship. But that's just what I think. Could you please explain why this is a controversial topic? I just want to fully understand the reason behind it.

I don't know how to reply to that but I'll just leave a brohoof to respect your opinion. In the end, it's only a cartoon and we can decide whether to watch it or not.

I see many ponies very concerned and very worried about the details of G5 on Equestria Daily and on here, like what happened back during the times of Alicorn Twilight, Equestria Girls and Pony Life. I think I understand why because they don't want change. Change is like a sword. The blade could either be sharp or blunt. We won't know whether the sword can live up to everypony's expectations or just break after one use. That's what most reboots are nowadays. However, it doesn't hurt to give something new a try in order to leave a first impression whether its good or bad. I wish those behind G5 the best of luck. It may or may not be as legendary as G4, but it'll be a good experience noneoftheless.
