I do internet reviews, and one was of MLP's first episode. They claimed copyright infringement, I quoted the Fair Use laws of Canada, they said, "Those don't apply to us we are getting lawyers involved" I sent them the law in its entirety, as well as all the precedents and said "You sure you want to do this?"

There is a checklist the court goes through to see if Fair Use is met and I use that same checklist when I make my videos.

Hasbro is just bullying me because the first half is a negative review and I am not gonna let them bully me on principal.
