if you're body is aching, then I recommend taking hot baths more often, I got a lot of pains on my back when I began mat wrestling this year. It helps out quite a bit.

That wouldn't be a very good idea, the military, especially nowadays, focus more on grades and performance in school. Instead of dropping out, I would recommend joining your schools RTOC program. If they have one.
