  1. "Wade, wait," Silvermind called. Now he just had to think of something to say. He was really hoping he would have more time to devise a plan to seperate Wade and his Stealth Bucks, but it was clear that he was going to have to move his non-existent plan up. "Can I come with you? I know a lot about science and old world technology. If what you're doing has anything to with that Pip Buck, I could come in handy."
  2. "Actually, I was simply admiring your abode," Silvermind lied. He would have to be tactful in order to pull this off. "How did you find it? It's beautiful. Just like the books back in the vaults." (conversations can be hard to do in roleplay, what with the character requirement)
  3. Silvermind turned to EDNA. "Absolutely," he answered. "I spent a few months studying the effects of Stealth Bucks on Nightkin. Considering that a pony's mind is much more advanced than a standard Nightkin, I have no doubt that I should be able to cure him. It may take a while, but I wouldn't say more than two weeks. Now, you know him better than I do. What's the best way to calm him down when he gets upset?"
  4. "Thank you," sighed Silvermind. "It is a shame that we couldn't save her. But... the Wasteland is a cruel one. It cares not for good and bad, only for death. It really does beg the question of the point of it all. Anyway, I suppose I should be going now. You don't seem the type who cares for company. Before I go, though, would you mind telling me who you are?"
  5. (Yeah we can skip to the end of the operation, since I don't think either of us know much about operating on horses or how to keep it interesting) By the end of the operation on Clover, Silvermind was fading fast. "Ok..." he wheezed. "She'll... she'll be fine... Now... if you could... patch up my leg... I'd... really apprec... iate it."
  6. Silvermind ran into the operating room. "Oh, geez, this is not good. Shit, this is really bad. Fucking shit, how the hell am I gonna fix this!? Alright, do you have any Stimpaks or Med-X? We need to slow the flow of blood and regenerate the arteries and veins. Luckily the jugular wasn't hit directly, but the bullet did graze it on the way through her neck. Once we've done that, I can patch up her neck, no problem. Are there any other injuries?
  7. Silvermind was in awe. A real-life Enclave Eyebot! And this bunker was like a trip through time. It was perfectly preserved, and just like the pictures he'd seen in books! It was a dream come true. Turning to the eyebot, he introduced himself. "Hello, you must be EDNA. I'm Silvermind Goodspeak. Your friend brought me here to doctor a pony." He lowered his voice to a whisper and leaned in closer to EDNA. "Between you and me, I don't think she'll make it. She's in an awful state, she was shot through the throat. Her jugular wasn't hit, but the bullet came awful close. I wouldn't be surprised if there was some serious internal damage." Silvermind raised his voice back up to a friendly, audible level. "Do you mind if I get a closer look at you? As I'm sure you understand, you're a real technical marvel."
  8. As Silvermind gingerly descended into the bunker, he took the opportunity to talk with his mysterious savior. "I'm Silvermind, by the way. Silvermind Goodspeak. What is this place? Did you build it? No, something like this... this existed pre-war, yes? And who are you?"
  9. Overjoyed at having found another pony, Silvermind quickly hobbled over to Wade. "Yes, I'm quite proficient in medicine. I studied back in the Vault. But first, could you provide me with some medical supplies? Not too long ago, an explosion damaged my leg quite badly. I fear that in a few hours, I may not be able to help you with that operation." In his hurry, Silvermind failed to notice that the pony was clearly a raider.
  10. With a severe limp on a shoddily-bandaged leg, Silvermind Goodspeak did his very best to walk in a direction that he hoped would lead him to other ponies. After the Brotherhood base had been destroyed and Silvermind had been separated from the Alchemist, he was lost in the Wasteland with no direction and in severe need of medical attention. Despite the quick bandage job Silvermind had done on his leg after it was damaged by an explosion within the base, he was losing blood quickly. Much longer, and a new skeleton might be littering the wasteland...
  11. Judge not lest ye be judged is one of my character's mottos, so it'll probably work out. At the moment, though, you're probably about to be shot, so I'd worry about that right now if I were you.
  12. Sweet. I'll try to see if I can bump into someone somehow, so I can get back into events.
  13. So, I don't want to be out of the roleplay, but I don't know what to do. I mean, I can't exactly abandon the Alchemist, but I can't actually do anything since I'm part of her party and she seems to have left the roleplay. Should I have some sort of accident kill her off and give me an excuse to leave, or...?
  14. I really do not like shipping at all. Like, at all. I also can't stand diet soda.
  15. As Red, Sparks, Silvermind, and the Alchemist neared the Armory, Silvermind stopped. "Wait," he whispered. "Look at the door." "What about it?" asked Red. "There's been a giant hole blasted through it, in case you didn't notice." He turned the corner and started sneaking in a different direction. "Clearly, they've already been into the armory. Let's go this way."
  16. Silvermind caught the gun in one hoof and set it down on a crate. "Thanks," he said, "but violence isn't really my thing. I'll come with you, but don't expect me to attack anyone. I'd rather you not engage in combat at all, but I understand if you must. Let's go." dfgj
  17. "Dammit," commented Silvermind, looking down at the camp. "And I was so looking forward to that bed too. Well," he continued, looking to the Alchemist. "At this point I actually am pretty tired, so if you don't mind I'm going to get some shuteye. Goodnight," he said, lying down and going to sleep.
  18. Understanding the priority, Silvermind rushed to get on his glasses and suit. He ran outside, ready to help in whatever way he could. Looking around, he noticed several severely injured ponies. Using his medical skills, he gave the ponies basic treatment and got them to the Vertibirds.
  19. "Welcome back," answered Silvermind. "You know," he said, stretching. "I was just about to hit the sack." He took off his businesswear and glasses, lied down on the cot, and stretched out. "I don't suppose you'd care to join me...?" (note: if the Alchemist does actually go to bed with Silvermind, I won't go into detail about it or anything. You know, just like "Silvermind and the Alchemist went to bed together")
  20. Silvermind really had no idea what to do. He searched the tent for any information the Alchemist might have been withholding, but found nothing. Besides that, she didn't seem intelligent enough to resist his charms anyway. Bored, Silvermind took out some cards and started playing an old-world game he read about in the Stable, called Solitaire.
  21. "Well," began Silvermind, smiling and kicking his charms into full gear. "I've been walking for a while now," he explained, looking away. "I could really use a place to rest and a good night's sleep..." Looking back to the Alchemist, he grinned slyly and finished, "Well, maybe I don't need to sleep too well..."
  22. "Thanks," replied Silvermind, taking the can and eating the beans inside. "But, why do you want to kill Wade? I mean, he eats pony meat sure, but that doesn't mean he's evil. I mean, he offered you some. In the wasteland, that's pretty rare, especially considering you had never met. Besides, you don't know he killed the pony. He probably just found a fresh corpse. I'm not saying it's okay for him to eat ponies, but that doesn't justify killing him." Silvermind used his speech skill and charm to persuade the Alchemist. "By the way," he asked. "What's your name? Mine's Goodspeak. Silvermind Goodspeak." Silvermind used his Lady Killer perk to woo her.
  23. Silvermind followed the pony into her tent, his curiosity piqued. "If you don't mind telling me," Silvermind asked the pony, "What exactly is the Brotherhood of Steel doing with 42 knights in Ponyville? And how is Ponyville going to feel about this?" gh
  24. Uneasy, a pony walked into Ponyville in the dead of night. It wasn't exactly a good time to arrive, one for the fact that people would generally shoot first and ask later at this time of night, and second because 42 Brotherhood Knights had just turned up and made camp. Still, the Brotherhood tended to be nicer than not. That is, they wouldn't shoot you on sight. Tenatively, Silvermind Goodspeak approached them. "Uh, hello."
