  1. Name: Silvermind Goodspeak Race: Earth Pony Gender: Male Age: 26 Appearance: You know the color of the sky when there's a slight marine layer? That sort of bluish-grey? Well, that's the color of his coat, and his mane and tail are silver. He's slightly taller than average, and has dark brown (nearly black) eyes. He wears reading glasses and Pre-War businesswear, and his cutie mark is a silver brain. Special: S (strength): 3 P (perception): 5 E (endurance): 3 C (charisma): 9 I (intelligence): 10 A (agility): 5 L (luck): 5 Perks: Lady Killer, Confirmed Bachelor, Four Eyes Karma: Good Tag Skills: Speech, Science, Medicine Important information about character: Despises violence and all its forms.
  2. "Well hey," Silvermind said, turning to Clover. "Worst case scenario, I could always patch you up. I mean, I'm not the greatest doctor in the world, but I can treat just about anything other than radiation pretty well. Besides, I'm sure you'll do fine." Silvermind flashed a smile, using his speech skill to reassure Clover.
  3. Silvermind thought for a second. "I like it," he stated. "It reminds me of an oath I read about in the pre-war books in the Stable," he continued. "You see, in the old world, in order to become a doctor, you had to take the Hippocratic Oath. Basically, it stated that you would do everything in your power to save another pony's life, and that you would do so before saving your own." Silvermind sighed and looked away. "Nowadays, we don't have anything like that. Chivalry is dead." "Still," he added, looking back towards Alamo. "No reason to get bummed out about that. New world, new priorities, right?"
  4. Washes the ground, with so many tears...

  5. "Um... oh." Silvermind had not signed up for this. Still, it was a rite of passage, and he knew it wouldn't hurt too bad. In any case, he could always take some Med-X and a healing potion. "Uh, alright. Well, um... let's go then, yeah?" Silvermind strapped himself in and got ready to take off.
  6. Silvermind was already in the vertibuck, even though that particular action had not been narrated. (character limiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii iiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii iiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii ttttttttttttttttttttttttttt)
  7. "Well, since I learned all I know from old-world books, I hardly know anything about treating radiation," Silvermind replied. "Which is, unfortunately, the most common affliction I come across. But I'm sure Haldane will tell you what to train me in. Let's get over to that training area now."
  8. "Well, I grew up in Stable 3," answered Silvermind. "a while out west from here. We stayed in the Stable some 20 years after it was supposed to open, simply because we were afraid of the dangers outside. Unfortunately, our water chip broke, so we were forced to open the door and start trading. All was going well, until..." Silvermind trailed off and started staring into space. Whatever had happened clearly didn't resonate too well with him. "Anyway," he continued, after a few seconds. "I've been traveling the Wasteland since we opened that Stable. Not sure exactly why, but I figure if I can help out some ponies on the way, well that'll be just fine by me. I studied old-world science in the Stable, so I have some basic knowledge of medicine and such. Still, it's pretty rudimentary, and I'd greatly appreciate whatever you can tell me."
  9. "Hi," replies Silvermind. "My name is Slivermind Goodspeak, and what Corporal Snowflake says is right. Anyway, Gunnery Sergeant Haldane wants you to meet him over by the training facility. He probably wants me to go over there too, given the context. Uh, anyway, let's go."
  10. "Will do," was Silvermind's reply. He trotted over to the vertibuck and asked for an Alamo. (I now have 130 characters to go before I can post this. What am I even supposed to do. Here, about how I define vertibuck. It's a helicopter. Now we have enough characters.)
  11. The pony thought long and hard about the zebra's offer. On one hoof, this might be a chance to do something important. After all, tribesponies and soldiers didn't often get along too well. On the other hoof, that very fact meant that there was a large risk of a firefight. Still... The pony decided that the risk was definitely worth it. "Absolutely," he replied. "My name's Goodspeak, by the way. Silvermind Goodspeak."
  12. Somewhere, in the Wasteland... A pony wanders into an ROCM camp. He's not a big fan of the ROCM, but there are often far more injured ponies than doctors. With what limited medical knowledge he posses, he is able to patch up most of the injured people he meets. The camp is relatively small. There's a vertibuck in the camp, and the previously mentioned pony sees an olive green pony get in. The previously mentioned pony decides to ask around to see if there's anyone in need of a doctor. Looking around, the only idle soldier he can see is a zebra. He goes up to the zebra and asks, "Excuse me sir, but do you have any ponies in need of medical attention? I have a fair amount of medical knowledge, if you need a doctor I'd be more than happy to help."
  13. By the way, I checked, and yeah, SPECIAL is created with 40 points. http://fallout.wikia.com/wiki/Fallout:_New_Vegas_SPECIAL#Primary_statistics
  14. PONIES and explosions.

  15. 'Allo! This is the part where I kill you! Welcome!
  16. (EDIT: I apparently took 5 minutes writing this, sorry but I can't delete posts for some inane reason.) (Well, roleplay seems to have temporarily halted, so I guess I'll do a short thing to sort of introduce my character.) Somewhere out in the wasteland... A pony puts 4 stacks of Pre-War money on the counter of a general store in a small town. "Pre-War money?" replies the pony behind the counter. "Really?" "Well, it's worth about 10 caps per stack, isn't it?" "I suppose. Well, anyway, there's your magazines." "Thank you. Have a good day, and stay safe, friend." Somewhere out in the wasteland, a pony leaves a small town, carrying a copy of Today's Physician and Programmer's Digest.
  17. Well, I once spent a few days with about 50 Australian boys around the age of 15. They were pretty cool guys. I also managed to deduce that Australia actually surrounds the sun. Like, no one lives in the Outback because it is literally the Sun.
  18. Well, Pre-War money can be sold for an caps. How many caps you get depends on your Barter skill. Mine is quite high, so I'm usually able to buy what I need when I need it. Anyway, I'll be watching the wasteland, waiting to stumble across the Party of Adventurers. Oh, and it might be handy to link to the RP in the OOC.

(you know, they opened the vault, were subsequently slaughtered by Fiends, ect. ect.) Ever since, he has harbored a great resentment for violence in all of its forms. Lacking family and friends, he wanders the Wasteland searching for a family and a home.
  21. Hello... anyone...? I apologize, I've been a way a while because I've been crazy busy... Hello... Guys?
  22. "Eh heh heh, well, I'm a first-year, and I was so excited for my first day of high school that I kinda forgot my umbrella. And yeah, there has been a lot of rain recently, but at least there hasn't been any fog, right?" Hikaru beamed. (character limit y u do dis ahhh)
  23. @SakuyaIzayoi "Oh, wow, that'd be great!" smiled Hikaru. "Thank you so much! I'm Hikaru Furutani, by the way." He stuck out his hand. "Nice to meet you!" Yu stepped through the puddles in the Central Shopping District. He was entirely dry, save for his shoes. For some reason, the rain never fell on him. Like everything else that had been happening recently, he had no clue why. He looked around the district. It was completely empty. But that didn't matter. He wasn't here to speak with anyone from the realm of man. ...At least, he didn't think Igor and Margaret were from the realm of man. Not that it mattered. Yu stepped up to the door, inserted his key, turned it to the right... and met resistance as the tumblers didn't move. Confused, Yu tried again. The key did not work. Yu had been denied access into the Velvet Room. (@Dji Please do. @Sage Of Six Mirrors I would really appreciate that.)
