    Why my lofe is boring? I had a dream last night I was able to socialize with people I talked to them it felt good . Reality is opposite. I just want to go sleep everymoment and see those dreams Days feel like weeks they just dont end. I'm so tired these days. *hugs*

      I think a lot of the things I say could be taken the wrong way because of how vague I am. I'm not recommending that you don't try talking to people, just don't let the anxiety make you feel bad about yourself.

      Social anxiety was fuel for my depression too, I haven't really changed my anxiety hardly at all since, but realize that being able to comfortably talk to people doesn't equate to happiness or self worth.

      I spend most of my free time at my computer. However I could imagine it could be draining for you to spend all your time with these forums. I think you may want to consider finding more interests that widen your focus, when you are depressed and focus on a single escapism outlet it can feed it.
