      Why thanks (I have no idea why vector means..heh...) I just used a base online and did the main and stuff myself

      Just means to make a vector out of something. In other words, using the show's style in drawing. I've always been curious about using bases online. I'm guessing all you need is to find a base and use something like Paint lol
