I actually feel kinda sad, that i barely said anything about todays birthday. I met tons of cool people here over the last couple of months and i have gone through some highs and lows here. But i am glad that Feld0 (Praise his name) is still keeping this place alive and i am certain that more awesome things will happen here.

I'm not enraged, really, just curious. 

It does seem like it, that you are very emotional about all of this, or else you wouldn't call the fans out.

I just take it for it is. I don't necessarily need to understand everything in this world, especially the likes and dislikes of certain people. If i had this mindset, i would still be upset about the success of Transformers.

Does it actually matter to you?

I mean, i also don't like these movies much and all that, but i don't see why you are so enraged about it that others like them.

Let them have their fun.

I was very excited for this episode, because it focused on Big Mac and i certainly wasn't dissapointed,

Big Macs actions are understandable, since he felt like he wasn't always the best big brother out there, since AJ kind of stole his spotlight. With AJ gone and AB not having a partner, he saw this as a golden opportunity, even if he knows that he wasn't well prepared. All he was thinking about, was making Applebloom happy.

Some of the humor was nice. Not spectacular, but nice. I especially loved the ending of the song, where Big Mac suddenly became a deep voice and sounded like Barry White, like he always does when he sings. XD

Also, Scoots and RD are there. Hooray for Continuity.

The ending grabbed all my heartstrings. But i guess everybody knows that at that point.

Overall, 0/10 because no Twilight appearance this was a fantastic episode and a real step up from last week.

-deep breath- I'm sorry, ok? I'm passionate about this show (not to say that others aren't), and take characterization, or lack thereof, seriously. Especially since I've invested so much time in it, it makes me that much more exasperated. I don't want to feel like it all was a waste of time and emotional investment. I WANT twi to get further development, and I'm miffed because she's (and some others) just NOT. I don't hate Twi, but I'm just about there. There are cute parts of her, but it's hardly enough to cancel out the standstill, sometimes backpedaling character development I feel she's been writtn into.

You should really calm down. It's nice that you are invested in it and all that stuff. But you have to realize, that at the end of the day, it's just a show, nothing that you should revolve your life around.

It's always fun to discuss these things, as long as we don't get too overly emotional about it, be it through somebodys opinion that you agree or not agree with, or be it through a character that you incredibly like or dislike.

We do this, because we have fun here and because we like a good discussion.

if a show had characters who were sitting around, complaining that their lifevis such a drag they never get to do anything, they're sooooo boooooored, without finding adventure on their own, and that same character not really getting developed, or learning from their use of skill, which results in chaos and backfires, in this case, magic, and it seems like their charactr isnt getting developed, would YOU be invested in them? Would you even like them?

That's not the point here Muffin. Besides, you already said that over and over.

It's just that you're very emotional about this subject, eventhough all we want to have here, is a friendly and neutral discussion. With you, it seems like you feel actual hate for Twilight.

Seriously, i don't wanna say that your hate for Twilight is unhealthy, since we all have our opinions. But you should settle down a bit, because it's a bit over the top.

Since you've been so long into Video Games, what is your opinion on the current Generation of Console and PC games?

Also, how does Mario shoot Fireballs underwater?

In my time at school, i was absolutely fanatic when it comes to History and geography. Especially the latter. And i was also far more advanced in english, then all my other german classmates.

I loathed math more then anything else.

While I get the show is all about Friendship, sometimes there are people who are just irredeemable and I'd like to see the show to reflect that. Not just with major supernatural villains like Chrysalis, Tirek and Sombra, but even the more realistic villains like Starlight Glimmer. Also, I'm worried they'd be treading similar ground with Starlight, where she'd be Rainbow'd and she starts feeling sorry(like Sunset), or the heroes save the day and she suddenly apologizes and say sorry outta nowhere(like Trixie)

 

Also, this may just be me, but with the exception of Gilda, whenever they "redeemed a character" it was either awkward at first and had use extra episodes for it to take effect(Discord and Starlight), or it literally came out of nowhere and was shittily handled(Trixie, the 3 HWE leaders)

While i understand your concerns about the Rainbow beam thing, i don't think that this is going to happen, since the season finale will be a time loop and they won't have their cutie marks. I think they will redeem her through a more realistic way.

And i think that Starlights redemption actually has alot to offer and if it's used well, can be turned into a positive.

Besides,

If you look at the poster, where Mane 6 stay, you can clearly see that Starlight is standing there. Why is she standing so closely with them if she is a villain?

I don't say it's pretty much confirmed, but it makes you think.

I hope not. I'm getting sick of seeing villains getting redeemed. I'd like to see some of them staying evil for once

That's not what this show is about though.

1. The show is called friendship is magic, so it's kinda a no brainer.

2. This show dosen't do long villains, or even Villain deaths (Sombra dosen't really count, since he looked like a spirit for me.)

Who said he's gonna be replaced? All i said that he probably won't be a main character anymore and will be a side character permanently.

This is just my opinion. But i would say 70%. maybe even 75%.

Do you think they will in S6?

I don't think anything. But it might be possible.

I normally try do defend the writers, but i think they have no idea what to do with Spike.
