A series of sketches I've done over the past few days.

Actually I thought it looked pretty good like this so I didn't intend to originally. But I was thinking about doing it if I cleaned up the lines a bit more; I have a few ideas maybe. Well see Might, this was just sorta done on a whim before bed.

Started sketching without much direction and came up with this by the end.

Haha, that was sorta the expectation I was hopping for.

Because it's cold on the moon... at night... watching the other... moon. Totally normal — No further questions!

I wanted to play with some typography today, so not sure how many people will find it as interesting as normal pretty pictures. Either way, let me know what you think and whatevers. First time I've drawn Nightmare Moon.

Understandable, I think thats what a large majority of people do. On the plus side though, you have a benefit being frustrated that content artists don't have. People who are content with their skills have far less drive to improve them, if your unhappy with your current abilities you have potential for great motivation to get better. Thats how I am, I despise all my errors and glaring mistakes in the work I do, I release it anyway and try to learn something new all the time to try and get better. Its easy*! Just draw some lines on some paper, your computer, your wall, key it into someones car, become a doctor and stitch the lines into your patients bodies, become a mad scientist and use ultra-high powered lasers to carve your art into Mars. Anywhere you can think really! In short, you wanna art, just keep artin' till it looks right! *citation needed

I was working on my first personal OC and the result I got wasn't what I was thinking when I started, but I still like it, so I named it. Jennet Bale. I think it's upset cause I keep talking about it like I don't want it... Also I keep calling it "it"...

Ok, the other day I did this crappy weird lil doodle; People liked it a bit more then I'd have figured, so I kicked it up a notch and made this;

I wanted to draw Dr Prof. Bloom again. I did it for science!

Ok, sometime in the next few months I'm investing in a new monitor putting me up to 3 active screens at once; a lot I know. The new one will very likely be a 22" XP-Pen, a Cintiq alternative. At some point after getting the screen I expect to try and get an arm mount and I'll probably go with an Ergotron cause I'll need something pretty durable. So here's the 'problem'. I have been thinking about how I plan to lay these things out and I think I want my 2 primary screens in a stacking position, one over the other like this. But because I'll be adjusting one of the screens pretty frequently I want them both on one bracket. This would be pretty convenient for me because the bottom screen will be moved into position for drawing and the one above it can be right at eye level for references or a tv show or whatever without being a strain on the neck like my current setup is. You can get brackets that hold 2 screens side by side, like this; but I cant seem to find any gear that lets you do the same thing with stacking screens. I'm curious if someone has or has seen a setup like this or may know where to get one or way to cleverly hack it or something. I'm estimating the combined weight of the 2 screens will be somewhere around 15'ish pounds and most of the arms are good for around 20, so weight isn't too much of a concern. If you need some more visuals to get what I mean I can whip something up I'm sure.

Didn't really plan to animate this when I started this image. I think I could have done better but I just sorta ended up drawing everything once; rather then do a rough sketch and the redraw and so on.

Ya, I didn't really see anyone bring it up. She had 2 lines that episode; One saying Pip won and a second assuring Diamond that she did not win. I couldn't help think that it seemed odd that she let DT verbally assault the entire class without a word. Is Cheerilee scared of DT? or just her mother? XD
