  1. @@ForthEorl,

"Of course," Blitz said, nodding. "Have you met my sister, Glider?"

"I don't remember meeting him," Glider interjected, smiling tentatively at the other pony. She was hesitantly curious--she didn't know the last time she'd seen Blitz freely talk to another pony on her own will, in such a friendly tone. Blitz tended to make friends with ponies who ended up being important. Perhaps this pony was important too. "What do you do, Sharp?

  2. Sorry. I've been busy lately, and I'm only going to get busier. I know I'm just going to continue holding you guys up if I stay in the RP, so I'm going to have to leave the RP. It was stupid to think I could manage an advanced RP, with my time getting more and more consumed, and I want to put in my full effort, or none at all--and I don't think I can manage the first. Again, sorry to leave you with two members gone before the fun's even started, but like Ochre, I'm going to have to go.

  3. Judetal nodded, a flash of impatience entering her countenance. "Tests are fine. I can take a test." The Argonian paused, then added after a moment, "though, I would prefer it to be a test of combat. I have not had the learning that others here may have had." She raised her eyebrows at 'Jade', saying nothing at his flat remarks. So far, he had left the most note on her. So far, that note had not been a positive one.

  4.

Will you not join us in this epic quest, for glory, and saving the world?"

Judetal grinned at the Invoker, her liking for him abruptly much higher. She glanced, annoyed, at the dwarf's curtness, and muttered, "A lot of anger in that small body." She nodded at the Invoker. "It will be a pleasure to work with you, Sir Merik. I am looking forward to this epic quest, and earning glory for my people."

  5. Caramel followed Blizzard, beaming that the plan had worked. Well, sort of. "We need to get going. We stayed way too long with that siren." Caramel said, trying to sound upbeat. She was silent for a moment as they continued onward, then commented on something that had been troubling her. "Listen, guys... we can probably expect a fight when we get to the top of the tower. We'll have to be in top shape. I'm going to be trusting you guys to watch your back." She paused. "Yeah, that's it. Dunno where I was going with that one. Glad the siren's gone for now, though."

  6. @@ForthEorl,

Blitz and Glider, after working through the day, decided to go eat some lunch. They made their way into town, and Blitz stopped, spotting Sharp. After a moment of consideration, Blitz decided to go over to him. He looked like he had the same goal they had at the moment--finding some food. Blitz trotted up to him.

"Sharp," she greeted mildly. "I haven't seen you lately. How are you?" Glider, meanwhile, looked around. She spotted a stall of an oat seller and subtly pointed it out to Blitz. Blitz noticed. "Would you like to have some oats with Glider and I?" she asked the other, gesturing at the stall.

(EDIT: OOC: Sorry if I've messed something up. Haven't posted in way too long! Tell me and I'll edit.)

  7. Judetal had blinked at the chained man upon his captors' revelation. A small streak of pity went through her. She knew very little about the way humans worked, and things like this made her rethink that--she really knew nothing at all. Destroy an entire city..? She had seen the behemoths, the gargantuan hives that these people called cities. This man was not to be taken lightly--but as the aggressive one said, he was not to be respected yet, either. She glanced at the dwarf, stepping forward as she ignored his speech.

"Very well, I accept these conditions of yours, and I shall personally take responsibility for injecting this man as necessary," Judetal said. She didn't like it, but honestly, keeping this man with her would probably spare more lives in the long run. She could fight him herself if he lost control. She eyed the chained man evenly. "Do you speak, Invoker? What do you call yourself?" she glanced at the captors', her gaze annoyed. She didn't want them to answer. She wanted to hear this danger answer her himself.

  8. @@Jellal Fernandes,

Judetal stared. And stared. She didn't know whether to burst out laughing, look on in horror, or point blank start smashing things. Her eye twitched as the familiar spite told her to do the latter. She ignored it for now. She would have time for that.

"This... this is our... commander?" she asked after a moment. Despite her thick accent, disbelief was clear in her tone. "He is broken. He looks as if he cannot walk, let alone engage into combat." Was this going to be a waste of time? She hoped not. Well, she hardly had anything better to do. She considered moving over to help the pitiful creature that was to be their leader up. She changed her mind. If he could not stand up alone, why was she here?

  9. Thanks for posting. I'll work on a post with the centaurs countering you guys later... Sorry I've been inactive. I've been sick and haven't wanted to worry about the forums. Still a little sick. Dumb colds. Dumb immune system.

Hey guys, Is everyone still invested into this Ropleplay? Reaver and red are waiting on more player posts before they post

This. It keeps getting slower. I want to try and work through part two, and then we can decide what to do concerning the RP.

  10. Talisman was embarrassed. There was no other word to describe the moronic feeling inside her chest as she doubled back, again stuffing the soccer ball which was the unfortunate cause of this feeling into her backpack. It wasn't allowed to take school equipment outside of the main buildings and field on campus, and she was already practically at her dormitory. Her room was located in the furthest section of the student housing buildings from the main campus, too. She began to jog, annoyed at the panic of the equipment rooms being locked up--though, they hardly ever were, she reasoned. Mostly for her, as she'd had a shouting match with one of her teachers about it at one point, always wanting to practice afterwards... but, well.

She was passing near the main building, considering her homework. She had ditched it several times before, and had received a warning of the suspension of her scholarship, which she couldn't afford, so she knew she had to work on her mandatory history course even if she really, really didn't want to... and even if that feeling of not caring about dumb human monkeys from so long ago doing insane battles with lots of blood on top of pretty horses didn't appeal to her. It once had, she knew strangely--but for some reason, it felt less important now.

    @@Durandal, @@Ochre_Dust

Stuck in the train of thought, she crashed directly into the back of the weird guy from earlier. Normally, the force of her run might've toppled the other over, but here his stance was so correct that she stumbled backwards. "Ow!" she muttered, then looked up at him. She immediately processed the fact that the girl had left. "Hey again," she said, about to continue, then changed her mind. "Er--where'd the girl go?" Was that someone over there? No, she must have imagined it. No wait, there he was,  walking away, everything about his posture screaming 'I AM DANGEROUS AND ANGRY, BUT HIDING IT FAIRLY WELL'. She watched him suspiciously as she waited for a response, shifting her backpack's position on her back.

  11. "Fast!" Caramel said cheerfully as Tyra came in. She hadn't shot her arrow, for fear of shooting Ticktock--now she did, to stall the siren as she spoke again. "Blizzard--pony Blizzard--freeze the siren! Now!" She lifted the cage easily with her telekinesis, and maneuvered it easily through the air towards the siren. She couldn't have it dodge. "Ready?!" she called.

  12. Judetal eyed her companions. She had been for some time, judging them calmly. She was more still now than she had been in... hmm... since... she was more still now than she ever had been, she decided, even with the frequent tap-tapping of her worn boots, and fiddling of her scaled fingers.

Then, the people who had been nearby beyond the door, speaking in a low buzz she couldn't quite understand (she wasn't fluent in English yet, and thus unless someone spoke very clearly in a tone directed at her, she often had trouble understanding), came in. They gave them their orders, and she was immediately surprised at the rather aggressive response of her previously silent teammates-to-be. She glanced briefly at the human she thought was named 'Jade', especially surprised at his sudden outburst, though she agreed with one point.

"Yes, where is our leader?" The Argonian questioned, standing up, noting with satisfaction that she stood higher than several of the other occupants in the room. "We are looking forward to meeting this man. We are also looking forward to killing orc, however, and are ready to leave at your notice." This was said rather dryly and with a hint of cynicism--she didn't like being expected to obey orders from these people who she knew very little about--though under her accent, it just came out curt and to the point.

She eyed the Khajiit suspiciously. She liked him the least of her companions already. His bow and swords caused a streak of suspicion through her--she had never heard of anyone using weapons that outdated. Even her hammer was finely made to keep up with modern times, could be thrown surprisingly well, and block projectiles with enough skill. The mutter she had heard (and again, didn't understand) didn't help her opinion of him. "Also, we would know if these people that are to be our teammates are..." she reached through her English vocabulary, searching for the correct word. As she did, her tongue darted out subconsciously, licking her lips. "trustworthy." She finished after a moment.

  13. Name: Judetal (Swims/Lives-And-Breathes [Heavily])

    Race: Argonian

    Gender: Female

    Age: Young Twenties

Patron: Goddess of Rage, Spite, and Rivalry--Judetal worships her in a similar manner to humans worshiping their gods and even more so, to her fellows' annoyance; she prays to her Goddess before meals, before and after sleeping, and before embarking on any endeavor. She thanks her Goddess after any event, good or bad.

Appearance: Her scales are dark green, with brown edges. She's tall by human standards of females, almost 6 feet. She is very proud of the spikes that run down her spine and tail. She has two ram-like horns on her head, and small spikes along her jawline. Amber eyes. No hair or fur of any kind. She wears a necklace of black and white feathers around her horns that were made in her homeland. Hardly ever seen without tough, heavy armor.

Skilled in: Blunt Weapons, Heavy Arms, Heavy Armor

Passive Skills: Intelligence, Dexterity, Religion, Woodcutting, Hunting/Fishing

    Equipment:

    M249 machine gun (belt)

    War hammer (hanging on belt)

Heavy, very strong steel plate armor (Usually worn)

    Casual clothing (Backpack)

    Sleeping bag (Above Pack)

Woodcutting Axe (It's a strong pack, okay?)

Candles (Used for both light purposes and worship) (Backpack)

    Spell list:

Am working on. (EDIT: Look below!)

    Role: DPS/Tank

Personality: Much like her Patron, Judetal is competitive and quick-to-anger. She is proud, and will personally smash the head in of anyone who insults her or her family. She is loyal, but her loyalty is hard to earn and easy to lose. She is respectful only of those who give her reason to be so, but when she gives someone respect, she treats them with as much care as she treats her quick-tempered Patron, who, she knows, can smite her down with one wrong move. She, strangely, loves her family and homeland, though they have always treated her aloofly because of her differences; her human-like worship of her Goddess, her fury, and her strange bloodthirstiness. She will always charge into battle if there's room for it, as she enjoys the feel and excitement of combat, though she doesn't enjoy the process of killing a foe--mostly because she will never fight that same battle again. She will never back down from a challenge.

Judetal is bored easily, and active often. She is unable to sit still very long unless absolutely necessary. She is curious, often getting her into trouble, and intelligent, despite often acting otherwise. Her combination of begin headstrong, curious, and intelligent enough to process her surroundings have always been an irritation to those around her. Because of this, she likes solitude, and enjoys exploring strange places. However, she doesn't like shortcuts, and because of the traditional ways of her family, has almost never been in a car or air vehicle before.

Backstory: Judetal lived in wetlands near the Amazon forest with her family until she was about fifteen years old. Her family had been recently discovered by the modern world and brought into the gist of things only a generation previously. They accepted this fate graciously and continued what they had always been doing--farming, working hard, ignoring the world around them and any prejudice against Argonians (*). Judetal, however, wasn't fond of staying in one place, and would often go to the closest towns (many kilometers away) on foot to explore. On one such trip, she met much more in-tuned people with the world around them, aged twelve, like her. They teased her differences, and she was uncertain as to how to respond--with anger, or not. It was then that her Patron appeared to her for the first time, and she responded with violence. Despite getting in huge trouble with her calm parents, eager to please their new-found world, and the parents of the boys and girls she found, she was always grateful to the Goddess. A year later, the Goddess gave her encouragement again after a jaguar ate some of her family's livestock. She pursued the fast predator with nothing but her family's woodchopping axe and killed it.

After this, Judetal became arrogant and eager for combat. She trained herself nonstop besides sleeping, eating, and helping her family with chores. She had several siblings and thus never worried about the state of her family when she finally left them at fifteen years old, to move to more exciting places--namely, the modern utopia she had heard of called the United States. She traveled for the next year, hunting, doing odd jobs, fending for herself, hitching rides where she could. She even captured a criminal or two, and was known as a rogue bounty hunter of sorts by the time she finally made it to a port, stowed away on a boat, and made it to the U.S.

Naturally, she didn't get to spend very much time there before she was discovered as an illegal immigrant living in the streets and doing odd jobs where possible and she was almost sent back. Then, she finally truly connected to her Goddess and almost killed several of the policemen sent to capture her. She was arrested, but broke out of the bares with her horns. A true curiosity now, she was taken in, spoken to, and considered for some time. She was dangerous, but could be an asset. However, before any officials could take action, she got bored and left.

She traveled up until the present, hunting, learning new techniques--like how to avoid being shot at by nervous hunters. It was in this time that she found a liking for machine guns and trained herself in the use of them from a retired veteran of war. At last, she found something interesting to occupy her time--some strange scientific experiment gone awry, looking for recruits. She signed herself up, not bothering to hide anything from her application, and was accepted because of her combat prowess. She is now waiting to meet her team for the mission.

Notes: Made up the name. Sorry if it conflicts with canon names in Elder Scrolls. *Assuming there is similar prejudice to Argonians, as there is in a lot of Tamriel. Also, tell me if I messed anything up that might conflict with the plot. I admit, I got a little crazy.

EDIT: So, wasn't sure whether we were working straight off a DnD spell list or not. So, I kinda made things up.

Minor Earth Manipulation: Can move the earth with pure magic up to the level of lifting small boulders with pure magic.

Earth Armor: Can attach earth to herself to increase her armor's durability and effectiveness.

Create Water: Not exactly creating water, Judetal can raise water from the depths of the earth or liquidize the air to make water appear. Not a fighting ability.

So, not sure if any of these are OP are not, not sure if you want them to be DnD... but yeah. There you go!

  14. I'd say we'll probably be falling in on this RP day. I've already got my character into position, and it seems FortyTwo has followed suit.

Alright. I shouldn't have shut myself off like I did before we left to camp, but eh, what's done is done. Gives me time to think about how to get Talisman in. She'll probably come in late and fall on top of Anatase or Gut Feeling in Equestria, cause that would be fun. Anyway, I'll wait till something happens.

Welcome back! Yeah, not much has happened yet. But I look forward to seeing what Talisman does next. :P

Psh, she's going to be really fun to RP. I love RPing really straight-forward characters. I'll try to tone down her idiocy for this RP to make it as realistic as possible, but... yeah, she's a moron.

Anyway, since a day hasn't passed, I'll wait. Do you guys want to fall into Equestria on this RP day, and Talisman will follow, or should you guys just use the rest of this RP day to meet each-other, get suspicious, and fall in the following RP day(s)?

  16. "So, while she does that, we just stall him more than he's already stalled us?" Caramel asked the others, a little annoyed--mostly with her inability to do anything about the situation. "Because he's probably just doing that, judging by the fact he hasn't attacked us at all yet." She glanced at the siren. "I'm going to try to calmly shoot it. Anyone have objections?" she didn't bother to lower her voice. She was a good enough shot that she could tell that even if the siren resorted to teleportation, she could hit it. Probably.

  17. Hey, looks like everyone can post right now. Anyone want to see the centaurs' health at the moment? Caliber's and Lunar's opponents are dead.

EDIT: Except maybe Unic and Alex. EDIT EDIT: As soon as some others post, I'll get one big centaur post in. EDITING THE EDIT: Actually, looks like Alex can work in a post too. Stay gold, Unic, stay gold.

Glider had helped Blitz all morning running around and talking to ponies Glider didn't know who were involved in construction, and Glider was bone tired. Well, not quite bone tired, mostly mentally exhausted, she decided. She just wanted a break from hearing voices respectfully talking to Blitz and their owners eying her blankly, a gaze she truthfully returned. She stretched her wings, yawning (a little pointedly in a passive aggressive manner), and glanced at Blitz. "Hey, Blitz. Do you want to get something to eat? It's pretty late, and we've barely eaten anything all day." Glider commented on this last fact in a similar pointed manner, but still in her soft, affectionate tone she used when addressing her sister.
