      I agree entirely. (in response to the original status)

      I mainly use GIMP, though recently I've started experimenting with Krita. I've heard good things about it and it's free.

      @Flutterstep There is a program called krita it works alot like photoshop and is great for frame by frame animation. it completely free. You can also add more of your own tools to it if you want. Thought the learning curve is slightly different from photoshop and may have some differnet tools (Iv used both) its still really good!
