That forum has over 100,000 active members, easily. It's been the same level of activity for around 10 years.

Well, as Zoop has pointed out in the promotions topic, the more staff, the more the responsibility for running the board can be spread out, which results in all staff members gaining time to interact with the community, and not just be forced to only run it :3

Even on the forum I was talking about, with at least 20 boards, there was at least one moderator on a board (Repeats included).

Personally, I loved the "Public Execution Block".
