He had a serious expression, and made a mental note to ask a bit more about the jewels. He turned and nodded at Celestia, then at the changeling who came here. "I shall help you find the Jewels."

Here we go again. My computer will be gone for another month, so now I'm forced to choose go to autopilot again.

@@Dynamo Pad, @@Skylord Nexus, Yugi wasn't sure how to answer these questions, but he did, starting with Ticktock's. "I think it was for the sake of it, I dunno." Then with the other question, he shrugged. "Again, myself and the Pharaoh look almost exactly the same, so it made sense that the puzzle chose me." Concerning Dynamo's question, he nodded at the unicorn. "Yeah, it was destiny that gave me the Millennium Puzzle. So, when have you guys started dueling?" he asked, taking a seat with the three ponies.

@@Skylord Nexus, @@Dynamo Pad, Yugi smiled at Dynamo. "You're welcome. And it's all right. Everything happens for a reason." Which led to Ticktock's question being answered. "Honestly, I don't know. Pegasus is a mysterious man, but at one point he took away the souls of those he dueled against. Which is a shame, really, but we managed to get them back." At this point, Copper had put up his Galaxy Eyes deck back into his saddlebag. He asked Yugi, "What would possess a man to do such a thing?" "The Millennium pieces." Yugi replied. "If you're not chosen to hold a Millennium piece, you get possessed with an evil side of you."

@@Dynamo Pad, @@Skylord Nexus, Yugi looked at Ticktock before answering his question. "If we're able to unlock the secrets of the Pharaoh's past, we'll be able to know what happened that made the monsters from that past into thew cards you have right now." He then turned to Dynamo. "I'm not sure if there are any Millennium pieces here in Equestria, but I will tell you that we have this and the Millennium Eye, which lets anyone see the exact cards that are on the opponents' hands, or hooves, in this case." Copper went wide-eyed. "Good thing you found it, otherwise the one using the eye would be cheating, or, 'screwing the rules', as I like to call it." Yugi nodded. "The last one that used the Millennium Eye was a person named Maximillian Pegasus, and he's the creator of the card game you all play now."

@@Dynamo Pad, @@Skylord Nexus, Yugi looked at both ponies before responding to the questions. picking up his Millennium piece. "Well, I found this thing, called the Millennium Puzzle a few months ago, and in using it, I'm able to turn into the Pharaoh for dueling purposes, or other things." Copper craned his neck in confusion. "Uh, is there any other 'Millennium' pieces?" Yugi nodded at Copper. "Yes. And me and my friends are searching for them so that we can find out the secrets of the Pharaoh's past."

@@Randimaxis, Copper watched as hoofprints, or whatever was happening, did its' thing, and he just let it happen. When he saw the door open for him, he watched with keen eyes, nothing was there, in the other side. He shook his head, knowing this was a dream, but he had to go along with it, to see where it led for him, because he had to get out of this dream one way or another, and nothing seemed to stop his progress. He made his way to the closet, moving some parts away to make room. He walked very carefully down the steps towards the goal below, the goal of the apparent basement. While walking down, many, and I do mean many things were popping up. What was down here? Who sent him here? Why was he here? So many questions, so little answers. Either way, he had to find them and end this dream, or whatever this was. He eventually made his way to the bottom, where he closed his eyes before he did, and before opening them, he told himself that this wasn't real, and that this is only a dream. With that cleared up in his mind, he finally opened his eyes to reveal...

@@Dynamo Pad, @@Skylord Nexus, Copper looked at Ticktock and nodded at his question, whispering back at him. "Yeah, I was fine." The Pharaoh looked at Dynamo before his Millennium piece came to life, causing a bright light to develop at the four. When the light died, a younger version of the Pharaoh was present. "I'm Yugi." He said. Copper was wide-eyed in shock. "Wait, how is that even possible?" Yugi smiled at him. "We both share nearly identical bodies, but I'm a lot shorter than the Pharaoh, as you can tell."

@@Dynamo Pad, @@Skylord Nexus, Copper was surprised at the lack of believing of Ticktock, and more so at the interest of Dynamo, but he continued. "Well, I don't know about one of the souls that went out of the pyramid, but I do know that Seto Kaiba, the one you saw me duel earlier, was one of them, since an orb went inside his body, so he was one of them. And the last orb was one that the Pharaoh held, so that meant..." "That the soul belongs to Yugi." The Pharaoh came in unexpected, and Copper nearly jumped from his seat, looking at him and saying, "Oh! Pharaoh, you scared me." "So you were the one who went into that pyramid undetected. Do you realize how dangerous that move was?" Copper looked worried at the Pharaoh, then said nervously, "I'm sorry. I just heard something going on and I wanted to check it out. I'm an adventurer."

@@Randimaxis, Copper looked confused. He could've swore he was talking to his Fore Pony before all of this, but now that this was happening, he didn't know what to do. He felt like he was floating, but he wasn't too sure about it. He heard a voice, a voice that told him to seek out 'The Mare'. But he didn't know who the voice was talking about. But he decided to go along with it. He marveled at the sights of everything, even the voice was soothing. He was told to find the mare, but he didn't know about any mare. When he landed, he was confused as to what that building was. It may have been the Pony express office, but he wasn't sure. He didn't care, but he decided to find out what the voice was talking about. He opened the door. He had his usual cheerful expression on him, as he liked meeting new ponies, now matter how tough they were. He looked around the main lobby of the office and asked, if anypony was around, "Excuse me, I'm looking for a mare with white hair. Does anypony know where I can find her?" He gave anypony there a confused expression after he finished speaking.

@@Dynamo Pad, @@Skylord Nexus, Copper looked at Ticktock, saying, "Of course it sounds fake, I won't deny it, but I'm not making it up. What I've witnessed was real, and whether you believe it or not, well, you'd have to see it for yourself. But I'm not done yet...." Flashback "Is he insane?!" Copper said to himself as both Critias and Hermoes charged at the Divine Serpent. Unless Yugi had a plan, there was no way for both knights to finish the Divine Serpent. But Yugi did have a plan, and it was apparent that both knights couldn't be destroyed. "What's this? Your knights should have been destroyed the moment they collided with my serpent!" Dartz said, shocked at this fact. "Wrong!" Yugi exclaimed. "Has your memory faded after all these years? Each one of these knights has a hidden power! Now Critias, absorb the ability of my Attack Guidance Barrier!" The trap card got absorbed in the Sword of Wisdom, and it glowed a brilliant blue, as now the attack shredded a part of the head of the Serpent, and the light connected to the Sword of Renewal. Next, "It's time for Hermoes to activate his special ability now, but first, I must sacrifice my three Magnet Warriors! This allows Hermoes to triple the strength of Critias' attack, and send that attack right back!" "You can't!" Dartz yelled, not believing what was happening. "I just did!" the Pharaoh replied. "Now my two knights are reflecting their attack back and forth, as their strength increases to infinity!" And it showed on the head of the serpent, the infinity symbol engraved on its' head. End flashback "The next thing that happened was that the three knights of Atlantis merged together to form, the 'Knight of Destiny.' And the endless loop attack was a set up for the final attack from the Knight of Destiny. The Knight struck the Serpent and finished the duel between the Pharaoh and Dartz, but a portal showed up and took away Dartz before the Pharaoh could do anything. Then the Knights of Atlantis released three souls from another dimension, then disappeared." Copper took one last sip of his shake before saying to Ticktock, "It may sound fake, but believe me when I say this, when the world is at stake, duels become more intense than they're supposed to be."

@@Dynamo Pad, @@Skylord Nexus, Copper couldn't help but laugh after Ticktock's words, and when Dynamo finished his statement, he said, "I know it sounds far-fetched, but I assure you it happened." He then turned to Dynamo and said, "Ponyville is my home, though I first was born in Appaloosa. This entire duel was in Saddle Arabia, by the way. So now, let me skip a bit to one of the attacks by Dartz's monster...." Flashback Copper watched in awe as the one of Knights of Atlantis, Critias, used his special ability. "He can bring back one trap card, and I choose, the reflecting power of Mirror Force!" Yugi said, as Critias' sword glowed using the ability. The trap card disappeared into a rainbow of light, then was absorbed into the sword. As Dartz's monster attacked with a doughnut-like blast, Critias defended against the blast, struggling a bit as the blast connected with his sword. "Now Critias can stop your attack, and send it right back at your monster!" Yugi finished. "Oh, no!" Dartz said, shocked at what he was seeing. "I'm afraid so!" Critias responded, before using his might in a battle cry and sent the attack right back at the opposing monster. Copper shielded his eyes as the monster took the hit, but there was something off as soon as he saw the monster was still on the field. "Excellent move, Pharaoh," Dartz said. "Bravo." The monster looked as if it was to be destroyed, but wasn't as Dartz continued. "Oh, by the way, did I mention Shuneros has a special ability as well?" Shuneros was then broken to pieces, and the Pharaoh was shocked. "What's going on?!" he demanded. "The moment Shuneros was vanquished, my Divine Serpent was born!" Dartz explained. "Of course there's a price to pay. First I must send every card in my hand to the graveyard. After that I'm required to give every one of my Life Points. Oh, well." He discarded the cards and his Life Points dropped to zero. "That means you lose," Yugi said. "Under normal conditions, yes. However, as long as my Divine Serpent is on the field, I remain in the game. But if you destroy it, you win." However, Copper could feel the infinite strength of this monster, and Yugi could too. "It's strength, it's infinite." they said in unison without knowing they did. "Which means there's not a monster in your deck that can stand up to it." Dartz said. End Flashback. "I didn't know the Pharaoh at the time, but I had a feeling that he had a strategy to beat that Divine Serpent." Copper said as he finished his second part of the flashback story to Dynamo and Ticktock. He took another sip of his shake before sighing, thinking about that duel. "That was by far the most intense duel I've ever seen. Add to the fact that the world was at stake, and it just gets more intense."

@@Dynamo Pad, Copper looked at Dynamo, then explained how long he'd been dueling. "Well, I've been dueling in a good form of 3 months now. And the story is... interesting, so to speak. The day started when I was on one of my journeys around the world, and it seemed I was in the wrong place at the wrong time..." Flashback "Finally, after ten millennia in captivity, we've been set free!" A voice boomed out from the gathered clouds above a dueling stage. Yugi and another duelist, Dartz, were dueling against each other for the future of the souls trapped in a pyramid. Copper looked onward from a hiding place, watching the duel first-hoof as lightning struck down on Yugi's side of the field. Then when the smoke cleared, three knights, all in different colors, appeared in front of him. "I am he who is named Timaeus!" The knight in aqua armor shouted, un-seathing his sword and posing. "And I am, Sir Critias!" The knight in blue armor shouted, posing differently from Timaeus. "I am known as, Sir Hermoes!" The red knight finished, doing another pose. The Three Knights of Atlantis raised their swords in the air and chanted in unison, "In the name of Atlantis, we have been reborn!" "I thought I took care of you centuries ago!" Dartz shouted at the knights, shocked at what he was seeing. End Flashback "If you wanna know more, I'll be more than happy to tell you guys." Copper said as he finished his little flashback talk.

@@Skylord Nexus, @@Dynamo Pad, Copper looked at Ticktock and nodded. "Nice. My Blue Eyes deck has a somewhat similar build, but I mostly use the 'Eyes of Blue' family in it, to summon the Blue Eyes dragons." He then looked at Dynamo and said, "Actually, I do have that deck with me." He fumbled around in his left Saddlebag and took out his other deck, laying it out for the two ponies to see. "Since I use a Blue Eyes deck, it's kind of appropriate that I use a Galaxy Eyes deck as well. I use it to XYZ summon as well."

@@Dynamo Pad, @@Skylord Nexus, Copper smiled at Dynamo and shook his head, dismissing the payment. "Nah. It's not necessary. I don't want anypony's money." He then raised an eyebrow at the fact that Pinkie knows everypony's name. "I'm not really keen into rumors, but Pinkie does know everypony's name. I think she has clones everywhere and they secretly report back to Pinkie, giving names and pictures of ponies." He then took a sip of his shake then asked, "So what kind of decks do you guys have? I have two decks. One is the Blue Eyes deck you both witnessed in the duels with you all and my duel against Seto Kaiba. The other deck? Well, that deck is one I'm working on, and it's supposed to be a pretty powerful deck, too."

@@Dynamo Pad, Pinkie gave Dynamo a concerned look at Dynamo, before saying, "Sorry, we don't have any alcoholic beverages. But I will take the order of everything else!" And not short of 15 seconds later, Pinkie returned to the counter and set the order of shakes for the three ponies. Conveniently, Copper rose up from the table as soon as his friend sat down, saying, "I'll be back." before heading to the counter, where Pinkie said, "Eighteen bits, puh-leease?" Copper complied, handing over the eighteen bits he owed her, and took his shake with him to the table, waiting for his friend to come over. When that was done, Pinkie said to Dynamo, "That was a GREAT duel with Copper and yourself against Witty and Ticktock!"

@@Dynamo Pad, @@Skylord Nexus, Copper nodded at Dynamo and followed the unicorn and his companion into Sugarcube Corner, where there was a bit of activity. But it was rather slow for Pinkie Pie, who was before which sending orders left and right. Copper walked over to Dynamo and said, "I'll take a seat somewhere for us to sit, but I want a strawberry shake." And with that, he trotted to a table for four and took his seat.

@@Dynamo Pad, @@Skylord Nexus, Meanwhile, Copper was already at his house. He checked his mail, then saw the letter for the invite. He opened it, and read its' contents for a moment before heading to his house and looking for his bits. When he found them, he put them in his right saddlebag and headed for Sugarcube Corner. Once there, he decided to wait for the ones who he dueled with and against. He saw two of them and waved at them.

@@Pripyat Pony, @@Contrast, Copper raised an eyebrow at the fact that there was a changeling here in Canterlot, but he decided to go with it, since Celestia was content with Mariposa. He turned to the changeling and said, "My name is Copper Strikes, and I am the Prince of Speed." Then he turned to Celestia and said, "I figured as much that Discord had a handling with the changelings, but I had no idea about the Flutterponies."

@@Contrast, @@Skylord Nexus, @@Dynamo Pad, Astral looked at the pony duelists conversing and made a mental note of how the ponies were reacting. 'Equestria vacation observation number 4. These little ponies are surprisingly skilled at dueling. However, they also share a similar threat in our world, that being Number Hunters, as witnessed by the pony known as Witty.' Copper joined the ponies for a brief moment, saying, I'll go ahead and meet you guys at Sugarcube corner, and it's on me." And with that, he took off to his house, hoping to get the bits needed.

@@Illiad Easle, Copper saw his shadow expand a bit. He turned to see the sun that was about to set. He smiled, knowing this'll be the final time for now that he gets to be with Midnight. He stopped stretching, then walked over to Midnight, extending a hoof for him to shake. "It's almost time for you to go, isn't it?"
