    Today would have been Steve Prefontane's 72nd birthday. Still one of my biggest athletic inspirations who

    I get the impression that it's somewhat better for me to get off social media entirely. I've been struggling with being creative and going forward in life and I think social media is because of it. That doesn't mean I want to forget all the people I've made friends with online though.

      Ever since around mid to late 2018, I've been off pretty much all the time cause of different jobs, and ever changing areas of social life. I would do the occasional hello from time to time but that's about it
