My favorite genre has to be classic rock and I'm developing an interest in grunge.

How you became a fan of My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic: Browsing the internet, I've noticed the increasing popularity of ponies/pony related stuff and I got curious. A recommendation from someone on a forum got me to watch the show and I became very interested in it. I have a big interest in shows having a cast of characters with diverse personalities and interesting situations so naturally MLP:FiM is a big draw for me. I've been a fan of this show for nearly five years yet so far I've mostly watched the first three seasons and the Equestria Girls movie. Right now I'm getting through to watching season 4 and catching up. I come from a small town where not much happens and I've wanted to escape to a city where I'll have a have a much broader choice of amenities such as being able to attend an mlp convention and be around those with similar interests (preferably Seattle, WA). I'm very shy when it comes to meeting new people though so it could take some time to get used to. I'm quite excited about joining these forums and I'm hoping to make the best of it!
