@@Blitz Boom, @, "Well this does sound very bad, what if an innocent unicorn got hold of them" Crystal shivered at the thought of some innocent pony grabbing them thinking they were simply artefacts and then... the thought was too terrifying to wrap her head around. "Well we should hurry! Astral you said there was a waterfall near your house? we should probably check there first" Butterfly spoke a bit too much like her mother during tactical meetings which made Butterfly a little nervous and worried that she was turning into her mother, Queen Chrysalis.

@@Blitz Boom,@, "Those artifacts sound very... bad but Astral has a point, Love is a bit like power but I don't really feel any with you two. Also why is my magic not working around you both?" Butterfly asked very suspiciously, her eyes narrowed as you looked at the two. "My visions haven't happened once around either of you as well!" Crystal's white eyes faced the direction of Null not to look at but to intimidate.

@@Blitz Boom, @, "If its something cursed then we really don't want it falling into the wrong hooves... like my mother's hooves" Butterfly grumbled something intangible before looking up at them. "She is right, the whole mother thing maybe a bit out of place but she's right! we need to stop those artefacts from falling into the wrong hands!" Crystal Ball's voice was filled with determination as a brave look came over her face.

@@Blitz Boom,@, "U-um" Butterfly froze in fear at what he said. She hated the hive, sure there were some good changelings but for every 1 good changeling a thousand bad ones populated the hive. There was no concept of free will, just feed, reproduce, and follow queen Chrysalis's orders at least for the majority of the hive that was the case. "I-I wouldn't do that even if the princesses found me" Butterfly spoke as a shiver ran down her spine. "Butterfly would never do that! not all royal changelings are bad" Crystal put her hooves to her mouth as she realised what she had said and blushed. "Yeah I do remember what you looked like Butterfly" Crystal blushed while Butterfly thought of what would every pony do if she passed out.

@,@@Blitz Boom, "A chimera? how did you run into a chimera?" Butterfly asked curiously as to why a chimera would be out of its normal habitat of the flame geyser swamp. "Well maybe I can help?" Crystal said hopefully. Butterfly then noticed her pink holed hair and shrank back realising she didn't have her disguise. Butterfly tried to put it back up but her horn didn't even make a stray spark. "U-um h-how is t-the w-weather?" Butterfly panicked and started rubbing the back of her head with her holed hoof.

@@Blitz Boom, @, "Ok" Butterfly and Crystal said at the exact time. "Maybe I should put something up though" Butterfly transformed into her normal pony form but it felt loose and hard to keep. "Well can someone help me in the direction? blind ya know?" Crystal pointed to her eyes with a single hoof.

@, Crystal turned to where she had last heard Butterfly, her white slightly blueish eyes seeming to dig into Butterfly's soul. "I would never take advantage of the pony that taught me more social skills then any changeling classroom... and what friendship really is" Butterfly's words were true but did convey her shyness in the bucket loads. Crystal couldn't tell if Butterfly was telling the truth but she knew that shyness was true and it did confirm a lot of the visits Crystal and Butterfly had together to be true with genuine amounts of awkwardness and not some trick for affection.

@, "Well if I wasn't a good changeling I probably would of blasted you into dust by now" that was a lie, she couldn't use large amounts of magic otherwise she would pass out. She had sworn to never drain too much love well not so much that it would affect their routine at all or not so much that a little chocolate or coffee couldn't fix. "Wait this is the same changeling that saved me from the invasion so if she was bad then wouldn't she of taken advantage of my blindness by now?" Crystal Ball spoke as she thought back to the books that said that love is like power and if taken drains ones energy to.

@, "Wait so you can sense I am a changeling?" Butterfly's blood ran cold (Well colder) at the thought of how many ponies could sense it and how dangerous this could be. Some changelings she deeply cared for and worried for their safety as they tended to hunt at the same time as her. "Wait I have magic? and it gets stronger with my visions? can't lie, that is kinda cool" Crystal Ball seemed a bit happier at this. "But... how?" the two mares asked at the same time, quite curious. "Aren't you a earth pony? how could you use magic" Butterfly was completely puzzled by this considering she had aced the biology part of the curriculum.

@, Butterfly and Crystal Ball just stared at Astral before staring at each other. "Wait! you can see into the future?!" "Wait! you are a changeling?!" Butterfly forgot her disguise completely and dropped it, the automatic response for a changeling when they are found out. Crystal Ball heard the sound and a vision of a pink changeling in a field ready to fly off appeared in her mind and she gasped. Crystal Ball remembered accidentally talking about her visions about the Changeling she had met and suddenly drew back as the pieces connected in her head. "Wait.. your the changeling I met that helped me!" Crystal Ball shouted as Butterfly's wings started to buzz as she prepared to fly off but stopped. "Wait... how did you know I was a changeling? also what flower are you looking for?" Butterfly asked Astral, ready to fly off if danger appeared.

@, Crystal Ball started sweating now, not used to being interrogated in this fashion. "Oh you remember that canterlot invasion? I remember a really nice changeling helping me escape some of the more hungry ones. Never got her name though but she did look a lot like that royal changeling Queen Chrysalis if I remember. We just talked and talked for ages but she too was blasted away with the shockwave. A few days after the love shockwave I met Butterfly over here and we talked about books although she did seem a little sick at the time." Crystal spilled out the words, not really thinking a need to hide this. If Butterfly could sweat she would of made a swimming pool. Butterfly started fighting with her hooves like she would do in social situations or when she became stressed.

@, Crystal Ball tensed up a little before putting a hoof to her head this time more stressed then anything. "Well..." Crystal Ball didn't know what to say, that was what most ponies would except as an excuse and she wasn't some pony to share this with often. "Um bit off topic but what is your view on changelings? I believe that they should be allowed into society because they can't all be heartless monsters. Maybe some are really nice"

@@Blitz Boom, @, "I don't think Iv ever met a griffon before, Florence wasn't it? um can I ask how you got here? also you, earth pony you said your name was Astral if I remember correctly. How did you get here?" Butterfly again showed her lack of social skills maybe a bit too much with the earth pony thing. Butterfly didn't know very much about socialising considering the fact that Crystal was the only pony she ever talked to so she tended to address ponies by their type rather then their identity.

@, "Oh just a power surge you know, broken horn means I can't discharge any energy so it builds up and kinda hurts" Crystal Ball lied and put on a fake smile. "Hey Butterfly, I heard you were recently reading a book on healing magic. Why don't you tell them about it?" Crystal Ball put the attention of Butterfly who froze and blushed. "I just wanted something new to read and I don't really use my magic" this was all true, Butterfly hated to use magic because of how little energy she would drain from ponies meant that magic tended to be a little painful.

@, "Oh for some reason its all the rage with mares now a days, I prefer Sherclop Pones myself. Oh and also the book shop in manhattan has a few copies of Dusklight if you want one but I promise you that it is terrible. Also what books have you read? Iv gone though all of the most recent famous books and classics so a change of scenery would be good." Butterfly took in a deep breath and released and Crystal Ball just laughed like mad. "I have never heard you breath in so deeply! you must really not like Dusklight" Crystal Ball said before a vision of a dirty filly crying in a alley appeared in her mind. She winced and stopped laughing and held her head until the vision passed. She hated visions of stuff like that, of the poor and defenceless getting attacked but she knew that having a gift like this would always have down sides. Butterfly went to her friend and stroked her back, this thing happening too frequently to be a simple head ache but Crystal Ball refused to tell her the reason why.

@@Blitz Boom,@, Butterfly nervously backed away from the new comer, her shyness besting her. Crystal Ball got up shakily and walked towards the voices, unable to see them but able to hear them perfectly clear. "Hi Astral I am Crystal Ball, pleasure to meet you" Crystal Ball bowed in the direction of Astral's voice, her politeness and tendency to socialise for Butterfly taking affect. "Um excuse Butterfly's shyness she tends to prefer ponies in her books over real living beings. Have either of you heard of Dusklight?" Butterfly perked up at this and immediately walked up. "You mean that story about a bat pony romance? it was terrible! the spelling-" Butterfly continued to monologue about Dusklight and how terrible it was. Crystal Ball giggled at how well she knew her friend, knowing exactly what to do to bring Butterfly out of her cocoon.

@@Blitz Boom, 'U-um I am d-doing good, h-how about you' Butterfly had failed the social interaction part of the changeling curriculum. Crystal Ball even though she couldn't see what was going on snouthoofed at how awkward Butterfly was. Butterfly blushed and levitated a bandage out from the folds of her scarf and handed it to the griffon. 'I a-always keep things just in case of an accident, also I hate bandaids and I get a lot of paper cuts' Butterfly said her voice getting a little less shakey.

@Blitz Boom Butterfly squeaked before quickly changing into her pony form hurriedly. Crystal Ball heard the crash and a vision of the griffon before her flashed in her mind. The griffon was quite pretty and Crystal Ball was in awe at the Griffon, who in her vision had gotten up and rubbed it's head. Not all of Crystal Ball's visions showed world changing futures some were even just of her getting up out of bed for school. 'U-um a-are you o-ok?' Butterfly asked the griffon as she cautiously crept towards the unconscious griffon. When no reply came Butterfly sighed and poked it, not exactly knowing what would be normal in this situation.

Butterfly sat down in a meadow just outside of the everfree forest. It was her reading session with Crystal ball and considering no monster wanted to attack a changeling they stayed well away from them. It was also the only place she felt truly comfortable considering she could be in her changeling form and no pony would be suspicious and if she was in her pony form then she could walk up and talk to any pony and they would be fine. Crystal Ball approached the meadow, depending on her other senses to guide her as her future vision wasn't working to help her though. Butterfly smiled and waved but quickly remembered that she couldn't see that so awkwardly put her hoof down. "I got one of my favourite books for reading, its called 'Beauty and the draconequus' I love the title even though it is very hard to pronounce" Butterfly looked down at the book and smiled. Crystal Ball sat down next to Butterfly before smiling warmly "What? do you expect the blind filly to read it?" Crystal asked sarcastically before she heard the book open and Butterfly start to read. __________________________________________________________________________________________________ "Lots of strange things have been going on lately. Very strange things but I haven't seen them and don't really understand them. I heard about them from some of the school ponies" Crystal ball said as Butterfly finished her second book. Butterfly nodded and looked into the air, some of the breeze going though the multiple holes in her body.

I'll use Princess Butterfly, I put a lot of thought into her and really like her. (Also her mother is Queen chrysalis, forgot to put that in the description ). Maybe I should add Crystal Ball as a friend of Princess Butterfly. I think it would be quite nice Also I am slightly confused on where I could join in?
