  1. So my choices of living in Equestria are a streaker, a bum, or a hobo? Yikes!

Anyway, my clothes aren't worn out and smelly, and if they got dirty I know how to do laundry without machines. And I don't have to bum Rarity for clothes,  I can earn the money and buy some. I am not voting because my choice is not represented.

And I would be afraid to go naked since if it turned out I was enacting a very vivid waking dream, I would have a lot of explaining to do afterwards I would just as soon rather not.

It's in the area between the elbow and hand, somewhere in the middle-ish.

Is it painful, or just there? Is it a hard solid lump, or a soft squishy one? All of these things can give you some hints on what it is.

That being said, if it is an unusual lump, then it is best to get it checked out to be safe if you have concerns, but more than likely if it is just a painless lump, it is a harmless cyst or benign tumor of some sort and will go away on it's own eventually. Of course only a medical professional doing a check can say for sure.

There's a lump inside my arm. Why is there a lump inside my arm? Do I need to get a doctor's appointment for yet another thing now? I just can't catch a break.

Where at in your arm? When did you first notice it and how recently back can you remember for sure it not being there?

  4. If anyone thinks Spike is going to leave Ponyville to live in the Dragonlands they are fooling themselves.

Nah, too smart. The writers are too lazy(or maybe stupid) when it comes to Spike episodes. If they don't answer his origins, the writer deserves to be trolled into oblivion(4chan annihilation style)

Yeah, because there is no such thing as a good Spike episode huh? And obviously trolling writers for not catering the show to every whim or idea typed on keyboards by some desperate fans is the correct way to go.

If anything this episode is going to answer a lot of questions, and there is a fair chance the fandom is going to complain about most of them. Because you know... headcanons.

  5. "I realized, the moment I fell into the fissure, that the book would not be destroyed as I had planned. It continued falling into that starry expanse of which I had only a fleeting glimpse. I have tried to speculate where it might have landed, but I must admit, however— such conjecture is futile. Still, the question of whose hands might someday hold my Myst book are unsettling to me. I know that my apprehensions might never be allayed, and so I close, realizing that perhaps, the ending has not yet been written." - Atrus

Except she was only ever following what Applejack said. AJ ruined the trip, not RD.

No, Rainbow Dash did. Applejack was not even on the trip. She just gave RD the rules, which when thinking on it do make some sense... how RD interpreted them is a whole other can of worms. Sure they were a bit heavy handed (and they missed a great opportunity to show the capabilities of the elderly), but that does not make AJ wrong for wanting them to be careful. She was not trying to be malicious, but trying to look out for their welfare.

Where the episode mis-stepped IMO is the grannies just sort of let it go themselves, they did not try to show RD (honestly Applejack would have been better in this episode for this particular message actually) what they are capable of and really promote that message. The episode could have had a message that the elderly are not as helpless as you might presume, while acknowledging that those who are trying to look out for them are doing it because they care, but really was just about RD wanting to ride a ride and the hi-jinks that follow when attempting to do so.

  7. The episode was pretty funny.. my only real complaint was the episode ended a bit more abruptly than I would have liked and left some stuff unanswered. RD got to ride the ride, and admitted she misjudged them, but unless the old gals got to make up for their trip off screen, RD still sort of made a mess of their vacation. I'll assume she made amends though since they invited her into their club.

In bigger news, until someone says otherwise, I am mentally head cannoning first appearance Trixie's father.

Is... is one of those magicians Trixie's dad?  Like, they had the EXACT same color scheme, coat and mane!  Makes ya wonder if he might show up in another episode later this season.

I was just about to ask that!!!

  9. I was done with Nintendo a long time ago. I still love a lot of their classic games and see some things I am interested in, but just the same with Playstation and XBox,not enough to buy a new console that will most likely be hampered by poor or obnoxious company decisions. I do see a lot of changes happening in some of their business practices though, so one day I could return, but for now I am happy where I am at.

I don't think so, But no, the movie flopped and yes, that is my opinion, man.

You're right, it did flop. It flopped so badly that it became the 6th highest earning animated film ever made and pretty much stomped on whatever cartoons/animated films any of us liked.

  11. Well, it seems most people who actually went and saw the film seemed to overall enjoy it, at worst some just found it sort of uninspiring... however it is the critics that tore it apart. And I would imagine it is the bias of it being a 90 minute toy commercial. Most people are content to sit through just a 30 second ad and call it good. Obviously it was more than that, but going by some reviews you read, several did not even go see the film, they just watched a toy ad, imagined that going on for 90 minutes, and wrote their review about their dislike of their own imagination.

And of course like any film, some watched it and just did not like it. After all, it was cute and fun and all, but pretty predictable and by the numbers.
