It took about a month and a half, but ALL the pony sprite pieces have finally been drawn and as of right now I can begin the frame-by-frame animation process!
Should be done and in-game by April's end (we'll see how that goes 👀)-

One of the main priorities of the game is making each pony character expressive and visually interesting. We want people to connect with them. 🐴💖
Each pony is meant to be someone's favorite for multiple reasons, gameplay related or otherwise.

BABSCon has been on my convention bucket list and a great excuse to experience California for the first time. No more "maybe next year", I HAVE to be there. (And with a finished pony game to show off too.) -
The April Battle Gem Ponies Devlog is delayed until we're CERTAIN about the date we will submit the free version of BGP to the app store and begin backer playtesting for the full version. (This week's progress will determine/cement that.)
Just know, we're working the bugs out and polishing up the experience to be an amazing time. 💻🎮 -

NEW New Patch is Out!! [0.5.6]The hardly-tested new feature we added in the previous hotfix completely broke VS Mode Functionality with a Null Ref error that leaves the game in a locked up state with the wrong UI as soon as you get into battle.
- VS Matches Are in an Unplayable State No Longer!
- General Settings Page has been Added to Options Menu
- Text Speed Control Option is Functional
