  A forced, sentient, hallucination that takes form after extensive meditation.
  
  Basically, you spend a ton of time creating an imaginary friend, only, at some point, the "imaginary friend" becomes visible, audible, fragrant, and very slightly tangible to you. It has it's own will and conscious thoughts.
