Thank you! I'm not dead yet. So, to answer your question: I've pretty much focused on Unity, but I tried simpler engines before. The reason I stuck with Unity in the end, was because it has so many features, yet it is simple to code in c#. Maybe we can work together, so it will be easier.

yes I am using Unity. Yeah, writing your own engine is quite the complicated task. So in order to focus more on the game, rather than the engine I have chosen to use a ready-to-use engine.
