    Imagine if the fictional character Twilight Sparkle from MLP were to reform criminals in our world with mind control. That's a situation like in the A Clockwork Orange movie I think.

      I know, the reason why I brought up the A Clockwork Orange example is because such a thing would be extremely dangerous if enacted. I'd be terrified of a government that had that power tbh, what if mind control did not stop at criminals?
