I'm losing weight but idk if its just muscle mass decreasing and fat increasing since muscle weighs more than fat. But at the same time I'v been trying to eat less and only drink diet juices. (I also eat less so slow the process but also so I can consume more junk food)
the virus canceled almost everything and I haven't been very active. : (

You could try working out from home if you're worried about losing muscle mass. You'd have to start eating as much as you were before if you want to do that, though.
I've actually managed to finally gain some weight recently. It's only two pounds and I'm still eighteen pounds underweight, but hey, it's a step in the right direction.
