God I just had to update the kin list blog post. Dropped two and kinfirmed a handful or so more. Yes I really am the candy mare. Yes it’s weird. I haven’t finished the series yet so it’s an early one. And it’s confusing as shit kinning both raccoon twins. It’s hard to distinguish who’s mem is who’s. Fliqpys pure hell incarnate.

Glanni and Robbie both use glamours. There’s no other damn explanation how every single person constantly falls for the latters tricks and be constantly surprised the second it’s Robbie. Kids can be dumb but they’re not that stupid. Like come on. They’re both fae and using their tricks. End of story. I solved it. Magic was the answer the whole time.

Installed drops cause I’ve heard it’s pretty good at teaching languages for Icelandic. Drawback is you only get like 5 minutes a lesson for a few hours a day. Might try duolingo if they have it too. I think so.

When you really think about it the concept of Robbie and Glanni being related is actually really funny. “I had a cousin who once poisoned a town. He’s from Iceland.” And everyone’s just silent.

If G5’s series doesn’t give us new villains and it’s just Sprout at least for a while he better have some new plans each time and not something remarkably similar to his movie plan or I’m gonna be awfully upset. If you’re gonna use just one villain for the whole series be creative with it at least.

I get the feeling Sprout's not going to be a villain at all. He was mislead, but I think by the end he started to understand that's not the way. The movie may have glazed over it, but I think that was there intent. I bet the TV show will be mostly slice of life stuff, but I am hoping they'll connect the dots to G4 some more. There is only so many stories you can make out of racism, and I doubt the writers would want that to be the only running theme they have in the future. They are still trying to sell this to kids, after all.

Glanni is just such a funny villain. Like eh bitch steals vegetables and puts a child in jail to cover his ass. Then poisons a town. Sharp contrast to his tv counterpart and I love him for that.
It always gave me nightmares because of those damn puppets.
