    Around 5:50AM I request permission from the control tower to get on the taxiway.  Silence.... silence..... silence..... and more silence..... 

    So I’m like, “Why the bloody hay are they not answering?!” :glimmer:

    Coworker takes pity on me waiting forever and radios in “Hey, Cory, you know they’re still closed right?”

      Funny thing is the tower guy was totally up there, he just legally can't respond to my request until they are open.  So he was probably getting a kick out of me sitting there waiting on an answer that'd never come.
