Happy Kindness Day! 

Shout out to all the lovely people here who have shown me kindness since I've joined, it's meant the world to me on bad days 

I think we can all agree that a little kindness goes a long way, I try my best to show it even when I'm not doing great and don't feel like being especially kind, but sometimes the most important person to show kindness to is yourself. I think that can be quite easy to forget sometimes but you mustn't ever neglect yourself, no matter how much you wish you could just pretend you don't matter because you do <3 Treat yourself well, do the things that make you happy, and share that kindness with the people you love!
